The great things about this property:The location cannot be matched. The managing agent made the check-in and check-out simple. The air conditioning and heating worked well, as well as the plumbing and electrical systems.The things that could use improvement:There were several stains and tears on the furniture. The freezer section of the refrigerator was frozen shut, making the freezer useless. In general, the apartment could use a fresh coat of paint due to the numerous scrapes, scuff marks and general wear.All-in-all we found this to be a decent apartment in a wonderful area. With a few minor repairs and updates, this could be a great property.

Good spot but needs some repairs. The bathroom and toilet room doors are still broken. This had been written up by prior renters quite a while ago. For the length of stay we had it would have been more appropriate to have had one or two spare kitchen trash bags provided. It customary to put at least one new bag under the old one so there’s always at least one spare immediately handy when the first one is full. The sitting ledge under the windows has seen enough wear and tear to warrant a refresh.

Great location. Very comfortable stay and nice touches left by the owner to make the stay easier. Some of the furniture needs a little TLC but the owner was very open to the feedback provided. We’d definitely stay again.

This apartment was great! First of all, it was in the most perfect location. Many charming restaurants and stores were all right there and the apartment was across the street from the metro. Additionally, the air conditioning was great as was the wifi. There was a full sized washer and dryer, a rarity for a Paris rental. The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I stayed for a week and would have loved to stay for longer. What a great stay!

I loved the location and the size of the apartment. The management let me check in early and check out late for a small fee. They communicated with me very well. However since all of that was done off site, I think they need to check on the cleanliness and condition of the apartment. For the price. pillows and linen need to be nicer, ripped and dirty upholstery, shotty workmanship. Random things laying around, like an ironing board, old TV, etc. None of these things cost much to fix and it would make it a great place. I have photos, just not sure how to upload.

Great apartment in a fabulous location!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful trip! This apartment was in an amazing lively location. Only one floor up, it felt very secure. The AC was amazing and the beds were comfortable. So much to do right outside our door. Close to the subway, walking distance to the river. Our girls are begging to return! I would just note that there is one toilet closet separate from the bathroom with the shower/sinks.

Perfect location. The hosts were very communicative and responded immediately when we needed assistance. However there are some issues that should be addressed in the apartment. There is only 1 bathroom - not 2. The toilet is just separated from the shower/sinks. The AC works well in the main room but not the bedrooms and furniture in the main rooms has some stains and rips - for the nightly price this should be updated. It is also on the corner of two very busy streets and there is quite a lot of noise - ear plu

Ideal Location in Paris

The apartment is in an ideal location, ten minute walk from The Louvre, 10 minute walk from Notre Dame and 10 minute walk from Luxembourg Garden. There were a number of good restaurants near by. The apartment is decorated in “shabby chic style” which is good but needs some attention to stains on sofa and cleaning of the many pillows. Some of the furniture was actually broken. It accommodated four adults and two young children. One couple found their bedroom sound proof but the other adult couple found the bedroom noisy. The children loved sleeping and playing in the two window alcoves. The website described it as having two bathrooms. One bathroom had an excellent shower and sink and one bathroom had a toilet. In North America this would qualify as one bathroom. The bathroom with the toilet did not have a lock on it so people needed to be good friends. The website had a pictures of the entrance with lovely green wooden door which looked like it was the entrance to a courtyard. The wooden door was no where to be seen. The entrance is indeed rather grungy.The owner was very quick to respond to the fact that clean linen was needed to be supplied but the cleaners when they brought it did not remove the other used linen from the cupboards. At the cost per night a little care and better cleaning is needed to make this a very good place for a family to stay.

Wonderful easy stay

The hallway was a little dirty but the apartment was clean and comfortable. They had turned on the air con for us and it was wonderful! Everything was laid out well. I would have asked for more linen and I'm not sure the sofa is the best set up for sleeping. We loved the little nook and the girls ended up sleeping there.

Perfect Location

A week after n Paris with family couldn’t have been better than in this perfectly located apartment in the 6th arrondissement. The attentive host and cleanliness of the place made for a great time. Highly recommend.
