Located in a busy neighborhood, noise pollution may occur.

## Neighborhood

At the heart of the familial district Commerce, you will be in a typical Parisian environnement, calm but trading. You will be 10 min away on foot from Champs de Mars and Eiffel Tower. Go to Rue du Commerce as well or at the shopping mall Beaugrenelle to shop, or enjoy a walk at the André-Citroën Parc. 30 min away on foot, you will find the aquatic park Aquaboulevard. The flat is also close to numerous business tours, housing companies such as BFM TV, AccorHotels, Microsoft or Canal+, as well as the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Center. Lastly, thanks to the metro located just nearby, you will reach easily all the emblematic Parisian monuments : the Champs-Elysées, the Louvre, the Department Stores, Garnier and Bastille operas… will be just a metro ride away.
