This fully equipped studio is in the one of most desirable areas to live in paris . The oberkampf area. Public transportation is dense with 5 metro lines at walking distance. Around the corner you will find the popincourt market which is a very active open air market open every tuesday and friday mornings. 3 excellent bakers in the same block ( even for parisian standards it is outstanding ) and an amazing collection of restaurants and cafes nearby. a great butcher and for the convenience of all a large supermaket.
The studio consists of a main room with a fully equipped kitchen ( including a dishwasher and a combo oven) , a table for 2, a very comfortable quality hotel queen size bed ( 160*200 cm ) and a very large closet . the bathroom has a basin, a large shower, a toilet, a washer and a separate drier .
The studio lies on the back of a late XIX century buiding at the second floor ( third american ) with elevator and therefore is away from street noise. you can sleep with windows open .

The apartment comes free WI-Fi and free cable TV and you wont need to pack a multi outlet power bar since there are about 20 outlets at your disposal.

The all-inclusive rental fee covers quality linens and towels.

The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance (less than five minutes) to Le Marais, Bastille square and Republique square. You can then access metro hubs easily ( Republique and Bastille ) and go just eveywhere in paris directly without changing lines. And you are only 15 minutes walking to the very center of Paris, chatelet.

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 1200pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 1200pm.

The Centre of All that is Paris

The small studio is at the centre of the lively Oberkampf area of the 11th Arrondissement. It is a quiet and peaceful space as it overlooks the inner courtyard. It is an ideal location for exploring all areas of Paris via walking, transit, or vehicle. The neighborhood restaurants and wine bars are a must. The space is clean and tidy, light and airy, and has all the amenities needed (the rain shower is a treat and the queen bed is comfortable). The host, Olivier, is gracious and helpful. Highly recommend staying here.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay in this charming flat in the 11th Arrondissement. Great walks across the city from this well located spot - not in the thick of things but easy access to everything by foot, metro, Uber, etc. Charming, classic building; great open-air market a few blocks away (twice weekly); good restaurants, bars and shops nearby. We loved it and will stay here again!

The location was perfect! Close enough to easily get to the tourists destinations but away from the center of the bustle of the tourist district. My stay at Olivierā€™s was lovely. Very nice neighborhood. Easily found and easy to find groceries, restos and excellent bakeries. Although my short stay had no need, there was a washer and dryer! Large bath and shower. Plenty of hot water. Well equipped kitchen. Clear instructions of expectations for guests. And a lift! I highly recommend.

This was the perfect little studio to stay while in Paris. Close to the trains to get into the heart of the city. It was a nice quiet place to come back to after a long day! Lovely modernised studio apartment with AC in a quiet area within the 11th arrondissement. Close to numerous bistros & amenities. Easy access to metro lines 3,5, & 9. Schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Olivier, gute Lage, wir hatten eine sehr schƶne Woche in Paris. Das Viertel Oberkampf ist sehr jugendlich, aber man fĆ¼hlt sich auch mit 60+ ausgesprochen wohl. Sehr gute BƤckereien. Bus und Metro fuƟlƤufig leicht zu erreichen. Merci beaucoup!

Olivier nous a proposĆ© une autre location dans le mĆŖme quartier qui Ć©tait bien mais le mĆ©nage n'avait pas Ć©tĆ© fait.... Olivier est rĆ©actif mais pas vraiment sympathique,il a du nous prendre pour des bouseux...
