  • Welcome to our splendid apartment in the vibrant 10th district, nestled in the lively ambiance of Les Grands Boulevards. This enchanting space is perfect for unforgettable getaways with friends or family, where functionality meets style in every detail curated to enhance your stay.

    Indulge in the charm of our exquisite 69-square-meter apartment, located on the second floor, offering a true Parisian experience. Elegantly appointed and meticulously designed, this residence invites you to savor the essence of city living, making it a delightful retreat after exploring the bustling streets.

    You’ll have full access to the entire apartment, ensuring you feel right at home throughout your visit. The location allows for easy movement around the capital with a wealth of public transport options: the Grands Boulevards and Bonne Nouvelle metro stations (lines 8 and 9) are just a 3-minute walk away, while the renowned Gare du Nord—serving RER B, RER D, and lines 4 and 5—is only a 10-minute stroll. Additionally, you’ll find nearby Vélib and Autolib stations, along with several cab services, including the popular G7 taxis (call 36 07). The apartment has a nice lay-out with 2 separate shower areas and a separate toilet room. It was very clean and had plenty of towels. We felt safe and secure. The city noise was less than expected, the 2nd bedroom does have a window to the street. The location was fantastic- with very good access to several metro lines. We would stay here again.

Overall nice property with ample natural light, great space, and clean. Having two showers and a separate toilet saved us time each day. It was nice to open up the balcony doors and get fresh air and the AC made everything more comfortable on a hot day. Lots of food and grocery near by and close to metro.Unfortunately, the internet was very spotty despite us reconnecting a few times to problem solve. We were unable to work and research for our trip. We also had issues with the door lock and wasted time problem solving. On the day of check out, we saw a live bug crawling where our head slept once we took off our sheets. There were also stains all over the mattress. A bed cover would be a simple solution to this issue.

Wasted potential

This place has the potential to be a great and cozy stay in an authentic and bustling Parisian neighborhood, but is not well managed and it’s obvious that great customer experience is not a priority. Good things: this property is in a fun location with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, transportation, etc. Beds were comfortable, showers were good, and sound-proof windows give you peace and quiet when is time to rest.The negative: we visited during the summer and the air conditioning didn’t work well, so we had some pretty warm and uncomfortable nights - hard when you’re dealing with jet lag. Fans were provided, but they weren’t good and one was very noisy so we couldn’t use it. Not as pretty as pics show - furniture is a bit worn out and there are multiple holes on the walls. No basic toiletries or basic cleaning supplies to keep the place tidy with teens. Little toilet paper, so we had to buy our own. Poor communication in two occasions. There was no power on multiple outlets inside the main bedroom and living room, which we reported and requested assistance with. A person responded the following day and offered a solution, but never followed through. We’ve stayed in other rentals in Paris around the same pricing and the experience was far superior. Unfortunately, those places were booked, so we decided to try a new rental company and location. We are glad we tried the 10th arrondissement, but we’ll never use this rental company again.
