The living room features a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table to relax after a day in the city. The dining table is big enough to accommodate four people.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook a delicious home-cooked meal. The apartment also comes with a washing machine and ironing equipment for your perusal.

The bedroom features a comfy double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The 5th arrondissement of Paris is one of the oldest districts, including part of the Latin Quarter, which dates back to Antiquity. The 5th arrondissement is a neighbourhood known for its cultural aspect and many universities. Indeed, there are public institutions such as the Sorbonne, where you can visit the seventeenth-century chapel where the tomb of Cardinal Richelieu rests and many bookstores.

While walking through the Latin Quarter, you will also come across essential sites of Parisian heritage, such as the famous Pantheon dedicated to the memory of the important figures of the nation, the Gallo-Roman baths and the great medieval museum of Cluny, the ancient arenas of Lutetia, the monumental fountain of the famous Place Saint-Michel or the very pleasant Jardin des Plantes.

Along with the Marais, Saint-Germain-des-Prés and Montmartre, the 5th arrondissement is undoubtedly one of the best places for local travellers! It is trendy because many restaurants and pubs welcome many people in the evening. On the visiting side, the 5th arrondissement is home to the Panthéon de Paris, the Museum of the Middle Ages and the National Museum of Natural History.

The Irish Cultural Centre of Paris is also located in the 5th arrondissement. This district is also very "green". Tourists can relax in the Jardin des plantes de Paris, the Arènes de Lutèce or the Jardin Carré.

The apartment is just a few steps away from the famous Rue Mouffetard, one of the oldest streets in Paris, known for its lively atmosphere, street markets, numerous restaurants and cafés, as well as its historical charm. You will also be a short walk from the Sorbonne University, the Jardin des Plantes, the Panthéon, and the Jardin du Luxembourg. A charming Parisian café on the same corner allows you to enjoy breakfast and lunch in a tranquil Parisian setting. Additionally, a Carrefour City is only 20 meters away, making grocery shopping convenient at any time.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest Metro stop: Censier- Daubenton line 7 - 5 min on foot.

The Paris-Orly Airport is a 28-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
