It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a sofa, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and a large French window that lets in ample fresh air and natural light.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook some delicious homemade meals.

The bedroom has a king bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Situated in the 15th arrondissement of the city, The Pasteur is known for its residential and commercial character. The neighbourhood is named after the famous French scientist Louis Pasteur, who contributed significantly to microbiology and immunology.

Pasteur is a vibrant and lively neighbourhood with a mix of residential buildings, shops, cafes, and restaurants. It offers a convenient location with easy access to various attractions and amenities. The neighbourhood is well-connected by public transportation, making it suitable for residents and visitors to explore other parts of Paris.

In addition to the Pasteur Institute, the neighbourhood is close to other famous landmarks and attractions in Paris. These include the Eiffel Tower, Montparnasse Tower, and the picturesque area of Saint-Germain-des-Prés.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Pasteur, is just a 3-minute walk.

Paris-Orly Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
