Situated on the 3rd floor without lift access, this lovely, tastefully decorated, 22m² studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a desk and a dining table for two.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries for delicious meals, such as a cooking plate and a microwave.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

20th Arrondissement is an excellent location for exploring Paris. The Place de la Nation, Parc de Belleville, Père Lachaise Cemetery, Tomb of Jim Morrison, Saint-Ambroise, Paris, Great Mosque of Bagnolet, Belvédère de Belleville, and Square des Amandiers are all nearby. The Gambetta station is only steps away, and the Pelleport station is only a 7-minute away. The Paris Gare de Lyon station is only 3.2 km away. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants and bars, such as La Bellevilloise, Le Perchoir, and La Maroquinerie. Cafes, such as Chez Prosper and Moncœur Belleville, are also nearby.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Buzenval, is 2 minutes away.

The Maraîchers metro station is just a 3-minute walk.

Paris-Orly Airport is about a 25-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
