The Space:
Enjoy a peaceful stay in this calm and functional studio! Perfectly arranged & located, a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower, it is ideal for holidays in Paris with family, friends or for business. Completely renovated, this property is designed to accommodate up to two travelers.
The apartment includes:
• A living space: the studio has a convertible sofa bed for 2 people (140 × 200 cm) with new and very comfortable bedding. It has a Smart TV and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi.
• A bathroom: the bathroom includes a modern shower, toilet, hairdryer, soap & shampoo.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
• A fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, hob, kettle, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, as well as all the utensils, pots and pans needed to prepare your meals.
• A dining area: a space is provided to enjoy your meals comfortably.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €150 is required to access the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are reported.

Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
