This beautiful flat offers the charm of the Haussmann architecture with its high ceilings, mouldings, wooden floors and fireplaces. It is on the 2nd floor of a stone building (with lift). Its 72 m² include:
- a beautiful living room with lounge and dining area,
- a well-equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, hob, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher),
- one bedroom with double bed,
- one bedroom with a single bed,
- a bathroom with shower, separate WC,
- washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing facilities, hoover, hairdryer,
- Wi-Fi, TV,

## Neighborhood

Numerous shops (bakeries, mini-market, pharmacy, etc.) are within easy walking distance, as is the Rue du Commerce with its many boutiques. When it comes to eating out, choose your favourite cuisine from around the world: why not start by making a reservation at Accolade or Perlamatta, or grab a bite to eat at the Matcha café. To get some fresh air, head to one of the local squares or walk to the Parc André Citroën, just ten minutes away. Take the opportunity to climb aboard the balloon, which will take you 150 metres above the city for a breathtaking panoramic view! Then follow the Seine to the Eiffel Tower, or take line 8 of the metro to the Ecole Militaire and the Champs de Mars. If you want to explore more, line 8 will take you directly to the Tuileries Gardens, Boulevard Haussmann or the heart of the Marais district.
