The Home Madrid Concept Suite has a surface area of 45 m2. It has been designed to offer comfortable accommodation for 4 people. The property is located on the first floor of a secure building.

The layout is as follows:

- Cosy Studio with 1 sofa bed, smart TV and dining table.
- Open-plan kitchen fully equipped with coffee, sugar and tea capsules.
- Cosy -Outbuilding room with 2 single beds located opposite the apartment on the same landing
- Relaxing bathroom with shower gel kit, shampoo and hairdryer.
- 1 toilet in bathroom

Enjoy the many amenities at your disposal:

- TV, free Wi-Fi, iron.
- Hotplates, microwave oven, toaster, Nespresso machine.
- Bed linen (sheets and blankets), 1 set of towels per person.

Home Madrid Concept is entirely reserved for travelers, with access to the entire surface area.

Feel free to ask me any questions you may have, and I'll be delighted to help you throughout your stay. I'm available 7 days a week from 9am to 10.30pm by phone, SMS or e-mail.

However, if you are due to arrive after 10.30pm, it is essential that you read and follow to the letter the independent arrival guide provided. This will ensure smooth access to the property and prevent any unforeseen problems during your installation.

Please note that after 10:30 pm, we will no longer be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary.

Located in the heart of Paris, Home Madrid Concept is ideally situated for discovering the charm and many facets of the City of Light. The Javel district is lively and bustling, with many shops and restaurants close by.

Beaugrenelle: Less than 10 minutes on foot.
Parc André Citroën: Less than 15 minutes on foot.

Thanks to public transport, you'll be less than 30 minutes from Paris' must-see sites, such as Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Opéra Garnier, Galeries Lafayette, Place Vendôme, Place de la Concorde, Champs-Elysées, Montmartre and the Eiffel Tower.

Restaurants, bars and nightlife: The district is also rich in restaurants, cocktail bars and nightclubs.

- This apartment is not suitable for P.R.M. (people with reduced mobility).
