Great little villa

Great Villa in a great location. John and Gill were at hand to sort anything we needed. We had a late flight on our last day, and we were given a late check out at no extra charge. I would highly recommend this villa. We were hoping to stay here again next year but the villa is fully booked.

Ideal location

With only a 3 minute walk to the beach at Polyxenia and the coastal path which stretches from Kalamies to Fig Tree Bay, Villa Teleia offers the perfect spot for a relaxing enjoyable holiday. It is comfortably furnished and well equipped with a nice shaded outside area with pool. John and Jill were very quick to respond to any queries. Highly recommended.

Nice place to stay

We spent a second week of our vacation in this villa. Overall good ofcourse. Clean and easy to use. All ACs were working, washing machine to help with dishes and good gas barbecue. Pool clean and working although a bit needing renovating. 3 nice size bedroom but only one bathroom upstairs. Location... 5 min to swim in the sea and it is a good beach not just water where you can't really get in. And another 5 min to restorant. Nice walkway to Portaras and bigger beaches. Houses on the street are really really close to eachother and this makes all the sounds echo heavily. Many houses on the street look very sad and seem to be empty for long time allready and still it was a lot of noise. If you have children who like to make a lot of noise :) and wish to listen to music then it will be fine street for you if you look for quiet place then maybe not for you. We would consider renting again as house was clean and good location for going to beach.

Family holiday with 2 teenager's

Outstanding service from John from start to finish . We absolutely fell in love with Pernera , the area is stunning and all the restaurants around the villa are fabulous . Our favourite being Blue Spice ! Also loved the Mexicans at the top of the road , and being on the Polynexia resort was amazing . The villa is everything and more that you see in the photographs , the high standard inside & Out really makes your stay one to remember. So much space , and so just a home from home . We all agreed the villa is the prettiest on the full street , the attention to detail really shows . John was fabulous in accommodating us with our full stay , and was always on hand with any questions to answer. We will so look forward to returning to this beautiful villa and would give it 5star plus on all accounts . The villa and the area made our 2 weeks very special . It's a lovely walk into Protaras, and Protaras is beautiful but we 100% preferred our stay in Pernera . Thank you John

Beautiful villa in an amazing location.

We had a wonderful 10 days in the villa. It is situated literally 2 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from our favourite restaurant. The villa itself was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed, though we were a bit confused by the English plug sockets, we wouldn't have bought adapters if we had known. The outside space was great and we loved the seating area and pool. We were a bit short on towels for the pool when we arrived, but the management were fantastic and provided some more straight away. In fact they couldn't have been more helpful. We have never been in a villa that is so perfectly situated. We loved the variety of restaurants and can't recommend enough Ifalos and Doma, which is new and just at the end of the street. We enjoyed the beach and made use of the sunbeds at the Polyxenia hotel complex. We also enjoyed the promenade walk to Protaris, which was a good 20 minutes, but lovely after a large evening meal. All in all we had a fantastic stay at the villa. We only had one slight negative and that was that the beds were a bit too hard for our taste. If the mattresses were softer, without a doubt we would book this amazing villa every year!

Lovely villa

Lovely villa enjoyed by us all. Close to all the bars and restaurants and more or less right on the beach front.
