Tangerine Sunsets Seville located on Paradise Island is a beautiful and newly renovated studio apartment in the heart of Paradise Island, Bahamas. Conveniently located between the world-famous Atlantis Resort and the One and Only Ocean Club by Four Seasons, it is the perfect way to enjoy an unforgettable Bahamas vacation.

Our goal is to provide you with an amazing experience and help you enjoy your stay. Observing Our House Rules helps us to protect you, our neighbors and our home.

- We love feedback. Let us know how we can make your stay better.

- Check-In time (after 3:30 pm) and Checkout time (by 10 am) are firm. Our cleaning agent will arrive promptly at 10am to prepare for our next guest.

- Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted in any of our units.

- Only registered guests are allowed to visit or use our pool and property facilities.

- NO SMOKING inside the unit - Heavy fines for evidence of smoking.

- No pets allowed.

- Park only in your designated spot. You can find details in the Welcome Guide.

- Quiet time after 10 pm - Please be considerate of our neighbors and minimize loud noises.

- Help us conserve energy and turn off ACs and lights when leaving for extended periods.
