"This place was perfection! It was exactly what we were looking for- peaceful and relaxing. Our host Pele (the cat ) met us when we arrived, guided us up the stairs (that aren’t that bad), and was a pleasure to have around. In all seriousness, Gus was very responsive and helpful and we are very thankful that he offers his little piece of paradise for others to experience. "

"Amazing property. Beautiful, quiet, private space. Very nice two bedroom unit with everything you need. We really enjoyed Koki, a sweet dog that would visit from time to time. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck and listening to the birds and frogs. We’d love to stay again. "

"This is our second time to stay here. We loved it, and came back because it was so quiet and comfortable, and such a beautiful place and view. The yurts are well equipped and clean. The elevation makes for comfortable cool, but not cold, nights. The central sky light is spectacular at night with so many stars. It is calm and quiet and beautiful with various flowers. But it is easily accessed from Kona South Point and Volcanoes National Park. If we get back to the big island again, we hope to...

"This is a beautiful property and very peaceful and calming. We had excellent communication with the manager who really helped us by arranging a washing machine when a prior renter had broken the machine at this cottage. Also, we forgot a ring that has much sentimental value (it got mixed up in the bedding while we were packing to leave). The housekeeper turned it in and the manager contacted us immediately to coordinate it's return. We were already on our way to another part of the island but...

"Loved our stay here. It was the perfect spot a little off the beaten path that was a great home base for our adventures on the big island. Close enough to everything you need and far enough from the hoardes of tourists, with lots of little shops and spots to check out nearby. As for the space itself, it's super cozy and has an incredible ocean view from the screened in patio. Waking up to that view was one of the best parts of our trip. Would 100% stay here again."
