Seachase E302 is a spacious 1400 square foot, 3rd floor unit with one of the largest two bedroom, two bathroom floor plans on the beach. Every room overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Both bedrooms, the living room and the dining room all have wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows to experience the view. That's 60' of of Glass! If you are looking for one of the nicest units on the beach, you have found it! Nicely decorated with many new furnishings, a remodeled kitchen and new furniture!

A maximum of TWO well-behaved and well-trained dogs under 20 lbs are allowed in this unit! A non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet applies. Any deception of pets will result in a cancellation with no refund.
