***BEAUTIFULLY CRAFTED ONE OF A KIND UNIT AT THE SUMMIT***

Just steps away from the beautiful sands of PCB! Breathtaking views from this 14th floor condo at the Summit!

This condominium is located on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Florida. It is at The Summit on Thomas Drive. You will find yourself within walking distance of restaurants, amusement parks, golf courses, and more. Grills are provided on site if you enjoy cooking out. There is also a TIKI bar in the pool area which is close to the beach so you can get a cool drink any time without leaving the property. A bar and grill called Bikini Bobs is onsite for food

The Summit has two large pools for guests as well as both indoor and outdoor hot tubs! An exercise room is located on the ground floor near the lobby for guests as well!

The master bedroom in this beautiful unit has a king size size bed and a large flat screen tv. It has access to a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The hallway has 2 twin size bunk beds, both with their own flatscreen TV's! There is also a second bathroom with access from the hallway.

The oceanfront living room has a QUEEN size sleeper sofa, a large flat screen tv and access to the oceanfront balcony.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything needed to cook a great meal!

Full size washer and dryer in unit.

Private balcony is the perfect height for breathtaking views of the Gulf!

It was clean and the bed was comfortable only 3 drawbacks not enough toilet paper not enough garbage bags and the tv in the main room did not work properly oh and the keypad did not work properly it would never lock on the front door. Overall me and my wife had a great stay. Will be staying here again.

Perfect room for 4

Very nice condo. Cozy and ideal for 4 people. Could use a better cleaning around stove and general kitchen area. Overall very nice though. Elevators ain't too bad either. Summit staff extremely unfriendly and unhelpful though, very rude. Supplied coffee filters would be a plus though so you dont have to run out the first day for filters.

The room was good, kitchen stocked, and clean linens. The only issues were the bedroom shower didn’t drain well, and the dryer lint trap was broken.

Beautiful View

We loved the room and how high up we were this time staying at the Summit, the only thing about the resort, is THE ELEVATORS. They definitely need upgrades/updates/more of them. The condo was beautiful, very clean, the plumbing was an issue though for sure. The water was brown when we first used them, and it smelt awful. The smell never did go away, another thing was the water pressure, there was none, and the hot water took forever to turn on. When would turn it on we would have to wait 5 minutes or more until the water got even warm enough to get in. But all in all, we love staying at the Summit, and this condo was definitely our favorite by far! The condo was great, loved the decorations, and the beds were all so comfy! Will more than likely return!Shout out to Bikini Bobs, we love them!

Disappointed

We were not able to enjoy our five week stay because of an emergency medical issue with my husband. We were not refunded any of our money which was very disappointing since I saved all year for the trip. We offered the condo to our son and daughter in law the final week. They enjoyed their stay.

Great place to stay

we will certainly come back and stay at summit. The hidden bar by the hot tub has great inexpensive drinks and food. The staff there is amazing. Only disappointed was the pool closing at 730 to 8 every night but certainly not a deal breaker.

Very disappointed

The condo was very dirty sand in the beds floor and tub/shower were filthy the AC wasn’t working upon arrival..we could not get our host to answer our calls or messages we had to call VRBO directly and they did act immediately but at this point it was already Sunday evening..we were moved to a different location and once it was fixed we were made to move back…we lost two evenings of our trip having to move and move back…VRBO customer service was very helpful but our host Jonathan still has not answered back..the lady at the front desk even tried to call for us with no answer..ECDI has been awful…they were the ones that had us moving back and forth and only offered $150 for our lost time when we clearly paid thousands to be there…Kristine is the one I was communicating with and once I informed her we had moved back to the original condo she hasn’t responded back to me…Ive emailed three different times about some sort of reimbursement that she offered but once we moved back to the summit she stopped responding and nothing has been given as any type of reimbursement…we love PCB and have never had this kind of problem but the AC clearly wasn’t working before we ever got there and it took a day and half before they attempted to do anything and that was only because we contacted VRBO directly..very very disappointed and we will never stay there again nor will we use VRBO/ECDI for our rental..I’m not taking a chance on getting a host like that again..

July 4th week

We did like the condo itself, but the size of the complex and only 3 elevators was not the best, especially being on the 14th floor. It was also across the street from a strip club, which maybe made for the more less than desirable crowd there? The 2 pools were so full, it looked like a cruise ship pool, but being the 4th of July week, made for an extra busy time. Also upon check in the shower drain was not cleaned out so water would'nt drain. Overall the condo itself was good, the overall complex not so much.

Absolutely the best vacation!

Our room was wonderfully located for the most amazing views. It was clean and quiet. Our only problem was that we were led to believe we were supposed to have 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for our use, but the day we tried to use them we were informed that they had not been paid for and if we wanted to use them it would cost us $40 per day. We stayed by the 2 pools and 2 hot tubs instead of the beach and had a blast. Would most defiantly stay again.

Great Location to Stay at!

My fiancé and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The room was really nice. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The check in process was super easy, we asked to check in early and they ensured it was clean and ready to go at the soonest available time. The Summit was a cool place to stay at in general. They had different activities each night we stayed, they had a karaoke night, movie night on a jumbo screen & a DJ. It was very entertaining. The bar was also a huge bonus, they made good drinks for a decent price. We were in a great location as well, close to all our favorite restaurants and mini golf. I would highly recommend this place. We will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing stay!

This condo was perfect for my family! AMAZING view of the gulf! Fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer worked amazing! Looking forward to staying here again next year! Host is very nice as well. The resort it self was amazing as well! Tiki bar, pools, etc!
