This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.

Welcome to the beautiful Shores of Panama! You will be stunned by the views from the 6th floor balcony which over looks the most spectacular view of the 14,000 square foot Lagoon style pool, one of the largest pools in Florida with waterfalls, fountains, 2 Tiki bars ( 1 of which is a food bar) & a huge star shaped hot tub all surrounded by tropical landscaping. In addition to the amazing outdoor pool there is also a large indoor heated pool with a hot tub. Not to mention the beautiful white sandy beach & emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico rated one of the best in the world & this is all for your enjoyment from the 6th floor balcony.

The unit has two bedrooms, and a bonus bunk room & 3 full baths. The King Size Master Suite features luxurious bedding, a 42 inch HDTV and well appointed private bath with tub/ shower. The Queen Suite also has 42 inch HDTV and full bath with tub/shower. The bunk room also has its own private bath & shower & also has a door for privacy.

Living Room has a Queen Leather Sleeper Sofa with an upgraded mattress & a 50 inch HDTV.

The Kitchen is beautifully appointed with granite counter tops 4 bar stools and a 4 place dining table. There's plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and silverware for all of your cooking needs.

We have all the comforts of home including a full size washer & dryer.

This unit is beautifully furnished & decorated.

There is a Reserved Parking Space on the 6th floor which means NO elevators as you load & unload your vehicle. For your convenience, we have a keypad on the entry door - no key cards.

The Shores Of Panama has everything you could want or need in a resort. We are conveniently located across the street from a Wal-Mart Super Center and liquor store. Next door to Pineapple Willy's Restaurant with live music & dancing. PW is one of the most popular places on Panama City Beach. Waffle House is also right next door.
Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum, Go Carts, and other family activities all within walking distance. Pier Park is a very short drive away offers great shopping, dining and exciting night life.

Check in is at 4:00 pm / check out is at 10:00 am.

Registered guest occupying the condo must be 25 or older.
Registered guest must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.
No pets.
No smoking.
Amenities are not included (wristbands and parking permit). Guest pays the concierge in the lobby a one-time fee of $100 for registration packet.
