Located in-between the newly renovated Downtown Panama City and Historic St. Andrews. Bay Cottage is a less than 5 minutes from the beach, large kids parks, dog park and library. Beach Drive offers a more private stretch of beach and bench swings perfect for watching the sunset. Whether you enjoy local cuisine, live music, shopping or outdoor activities, Panama City has a great variety of options. Great area whether you are traveling for work or play. This coastal retreat is just 13 minutes from the Panama City Beach Naval Base and 24 minutes from Tyndall Air Force Base and various hospitals.

As a Panama City Local, I can provide recommendations whether it's your first time in the emerald coast or you've been coming here for years. I enjoy spending my time in the outdoors whether on a beach, hike or on a scuba dive.

*Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the property including the sunroom. Smoking is allowed outside and in the back patio with use of provided ash trays. Any cigarettes found in the yard will result in a minimum of $50 fee.

*Late check outs without communication will result in a fee. There is a 10 minute grace period.

*Pet are allowed upon request. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of $50 per pet per stay. No cats are allowed.
