We have been to this rental multiple times. The view from both the living room and the bedroom is amazing and you can have your feet in the waterin a minute. This trip they had done some recent interior updates which made it even better. We love this quiet location and will return.

You can tell the condo could use a few updates, but you can't beat the location and view of the ocean right from the back patio. The pool is jist a few steps away and the walk to the beach is short and easy. We will be back!

We were very pleased. It was so convenient unloading and loading, we were able to park right at the door. And the walk to the beach was short. The condo was very clean and everything worked perfectly.

This one bedroom condo on the ground floor was exactly what we wanted for our trip to the beach. It is older and needs some TLC but definitely worth it. It is an easy walk to the beach and the pool is only 10 yards from the back porch area. It is near the state park and is quiet at night.

When we entered the until it smelled awful. It was beyond not clean. Stained box spring, dead roach on the floor, hair in the fridge, dirty black stained shower floor, black mold on the exterior door and patio, sand covered patio chairs, beyond gross!! Most importantly on the ceiling over the bed more black mold. I am fighting to get my money back. This is an absolute nightmare!! We were homeless for 2 days!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Commodore. We had never stayed on a ground level unit before and enjoyed that this ground level unit had a great view of the beach and ocean. It was also the shortest walk to the beach we have ever had from a condo. With some upgraded decor and lighting, I would have paid $70-80/night more for this unit.

This unit definitely needs some updating and a little love, but was a great value for the price. We would recommend bringing most everything for the kitchen if not eating out all the time.

First floor with porch that leads to the pool and beach. Nice ammenities but had issues with kitchen hot water, they had to replace the whole faucet due to the hot water side not working. Dishwasher didnā€™t clean dishes. The faucet was replaced by the next day. Had to shut off the water to the whole unit for the day to replace. Quiet unit, didnā€™t hear any other people in the units on either both sides or above. It was so close to the state park for wonderful walks. Quiet portion of Panama City Beach.

Great place..great location.... We did have a scare by the property manager though of being evicted for we were accused of smoking at the unit and we don't even smoke.. but the complex was full of people that were smoking

We loved the location on the first floor with easy access to the pool and beach. The decor was very dated, but the condo was very clean and the price and location was spot on. We were not expecting the place to be totslly up to date, but it surpased our expectations with the location. Nice landscappng in front of the patio, we spent a lot of time there drinking mimosas.

This condo was perfect. Located on the first floor and you can walk right out the back patio door to the pool or beach. This condo is located south of all the other busy high rise building so you are away from the crowds. We basically had the beach to ourself most of the time. You can walk down the beach to the pier and the beach is beautiful and very well taken care of. There are plenty of different sized seashells to be found. Everything was super clean. Better than I expected and the price was great too. My only recommendation would be to have some cheap little beach chairs and an umbrella for those of us that fly in to use for our beach day. They do have rental chairs and umbrellas on the beach but they take them and put them up at 5pm every day. And we are coming and going so much that it isnā€™t worth renting for the whole day. I canā€™t wait to come back. I would rent this place over and over again.
