Inside, you'll find the living room that leads into the dining area and kitchen. Upstairs, you’ll find a king bed in one bedroom and a queen bed along with a twin daybed and trundle in the second. Sunshine Chateau offers the ultimate relaxation with two spacious balconies and a deck, ideal for sipping your morning coffee or taking in the fresh sea breeze.

When it’s time to hit the beach, you're just a 2-minute walk from public beach access. But for added convenience, Sunshine Chateau provides a complimentary golf cart for your use—perfect for quick trips to the shore or exploring nearby attractions.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
