Clean rooms, nice view. Check in and out were quite busy. They had an elevator attendant to help speed the use of the elevator during peak times. We enjoyed our stay.

Apartment was great! Super glad we were on the 3rd floor due to elevator's taking 10-15 mins each time we had to use it so I can say I maxed out my steps for the week!!! We will not be staying at tidewater again due to this huge inconvenience!

Waited an hour on the elevator to take the luggage rack back to the second floor. Had to take the stairs every time we left and came back. The bed had items left in it from previous people. The air never seemed to get cool.

Elevators

We went to check in and had to wait 30 mins for an elevator. So we just thought it was because itā€™s was check in time but it wasnā€™t. It was like this the entire time we were there. We took my step dad which is disabled and walks with walker so he canā€™t just run up some stairs. We spoke with manager at Tidewater and met a few owners and they said itā€™s nothing new with the elevators. Owners know but yet they did NOT put in it the post or we would have definitely not stayed there. I contacted owner and they acted like they didnā€™t know. So if you have someone who is disabled or canā€™t take the steps, I would NOT recommend this place.

With the elevators taking a while itā€™s great to have a floor on the 3rd floor. We loved the layout and the space for our family and exchange students. Everyone has their own space and everything worked. Will return again!

Property was nice and was as advertised. Elevator issue is biggest problem there. Being on 3rd floor we were able to use stairs and that made it ok. Would not have liked if we had been higher up.

Beautiful place to stay

This was really a beautiful place right on the gulf. The condo made you feel like home. Friendly staff willing to check on us. They went above and beyond to give excellent recommendations for dinners, shopping and even a few local artists. They made sure that the resort was clean and secure. I recommend renting the beach chairs and umbrellas. A little pricey but worth not having to lug your own down to the beach. They were having issues with the elevators while we were there which made for long wait times to get places but with as busy as they were we completely understand. Be prepared to walk a lot if you plan on using your car for excursions. The garage is on other side of the street and to get there you need to go through the overpass. Try to park on level 2 if you can but those are the coveted spots. Overall we had a good time in a great location.

Spring break for teachers

It was great. Very clean. At first we couldnā€™t get TVs to work (probably user error), someone came right away. The hairdryer was missing (probably previous renter). They brought us one immediately. Only problem was that the staff at the condo were very rude.

That view though!!!

This property was better than we would've imagined relative to what it cost. Is it a 5 star, white glove tested, black tie type of place? Nope, but that's not what you're paying for here either. The view is worth the price by itself. It has 2 full bedrooms, a set of bunk beds, a sleeper sofa and 3 full bathrooms and a full kitchen. Great family vacation!!!

Great Layout for Families

We enjoyed being on the third floor to have the option to use the stairs. We did not love being across from the elevators, but we were there in the off season, so we only heard people 2 times during our stay. The layout of the condo is great for families and it was well-cleaned.

Perfect location of the building, 3rd floor. You can use the stairs to avoid the elevators. Only bad thing is this unit does not come with a set of beach chairs.
