This listing is for a condo at The Summit Beach Resort, it's located right along the Worldā€™s Most Beautiful Beaches and within walking distance to great restaurants, a golf course, and other family attractions. The Summit Beach Resort offers guests onsite amenities such as two large swimming pools, Summit Tiki Bar, Summit Market, Bikini Bobā€™s Restaurant, hot tubs, picnic areas with grills, tennis courts, a basketball court, three shuffleboard courts, and a fitness center. During the Summer, kids can enjoy Resort Collectionā€™s Adventure Zone activities onsite, including fan favorite Dive-In Movies on the pool deck at dusk. Each suite is fully furnished, providing all the comforts of home. The Summit is one of the biggest resorts and offers some of the best values on the beach.

April vacation

The Summit was clean and safe. Location was great. The Tiki bar was an added bonus as well as Bikini Bobā€™s. With these two bonuses you really donā€™t need to leave the property. Hopefully we will return.

Loved it!

Beautiful condo, well stocked kitchen, super comfortable bed. Loved the condo, amenities, and beach! Close to everything if you want or need something but can also be a quiet get-away. Best of both worlds!

My friends and I had a wonderful time! Itā€™s a perfect location that allowed us to walk anywhere. I would 100% recommend this place to a group of friends or a small family who is trying to relax for the week or weekend. Canā€™t wait to come back again next year!

We had a great stay! Everything is shown as you find it. Everything you need is in the room, minus a few small things like scissors, and maybe another spatula for if you're cooking more than one thing. We made do, though! The ice maker doesn't work. That definitely would have been more convenient than ice trays. They do sell ice on the property if you want. The room was clean except the coffee maker was not when we arrived, and we had to move the loveseat because we dropped something..so that needs to be moved and cleaned underneath. I would definitely stay here again. Convenient to a couple of restaurants and ice cream shops, and the property itself has lots to offer! If we return to PCB, we will definitely see if this room is available!

clean condo with beautiful view

itā€™s the 8th floor, which turned out to be way better for a view of the water than the 4th floor we stayed on last time. Room was beautiful, clean, the dishwasher actually cleaned. The tvs were set up with roku that had Netflix and Disney so the kids were happy. Weā€™ll be back next year.

Good stay, but could have been better.

Overall our experience was pretty good. We enjoyed the condominium and itā€™s amenities (pools, hot tub, live music, tiki bar, food shack, and security). Because of this alone, we would stay at this resort again. In regard to our specific condo, the basics of our condo appeared and smelled clean when we walked in, however we did find a couple black hairs on the towels, not all of the dishes/pans were clean, there was mold on the bottom of the shower door and track, and one of the pillows in the living room had a very disgusting stain on it. Upon reaching out to management regarding the pillow, they simply said thanks for letting them know but did not apologize or show any sympathy. Moreover, upon realizing that the shower head was also broken and contacting management to fix it, they were once again quite short and did not show any urgency in fixing the only shower in our unit. All in all, we truly enjoyed the stay as a whole, however, I believe that by renting through the management company, our stay lacked that personal touch.

Great Location, Classic Resort

The condo was great, location and cleanliness was good. For improvement: I would like to mention that the shower drain was clogged, could have used one more trash bag, and invest in better toilet paper! Thanks for providing the stay. Recommend this place to beach goers.

A week away - Unplug

Very nice, vent fan in bathroom is really loud. If you are sleep or watching TV it will wake you up or a need to raise the volume. View was awesome. Only one Elevator worked full time. Drinks at Bikini Bob's was watered down. Taste icy. Location close to a lot of things to do and places to eat.
