Perfectly situated in the quiet, west end of Panama City Beach, you will enjoy the flavor of old Florida within the surrounding peaceful neighborhood as well as convenient, nearby access to a host of fine dining, points of interest, and family-friendly entertainment and activities to include:

 Pier Park, a mega retail complex,

 Several state parks and an eco trail nearby to explore by foot, paddle board or kayak,

 Water activities such as dolphin tours, chartered deep sea fishing, jet skis, parasailing, etc.

 Trendy beach communities along the scenic route known as 30A

This beach get-away sleeps up to 6 people with a king in the master, a queen and a portable child-sized cot in the guest bedroom, and fold out sleeper chair in Living Room. Bed and bath linens provided. Golf Cart and beach chairs are included with rental of this home.

The home is tastefully furnished and well-equipped with an updated kitchen, leather power-reclining sofas, washer/dryer, 55” flat screen television in the living area, 32" flat screen TVs in both bedrooms; and unlimited use of wireless, high-speed Internet and cable. Step outside the sliding doors onto the large, deck with an outdoor dining table and a grill for cooking your fresh catch of the day. The property also has a detached garage, an outside shower head and hose to rinse off the sand, and a large, grassy picket-fenced yard to accommodate children and/or pets (nonrefundable deposit required.)
