MISCELLANEOUS UPKEEP WORK WILL BE DONE ON THE BUILDING THROUGHOUT THE 2025 YEAR AND INTO SPRING OF 2026. INTERMITTENT NOISE IS EXPECTED DURING THIS WORK

This newly updated 16th floor unit at Shores of Panama gives you one of the best views of the beautiful gulf sands and nicest resort pools PCB has to offer! The master bedroom of unit 1604 features a king bed with private bathroom, with bedroom two hosting a queen bed with private bathroom. The third bedroom features 2 bunk beds and access to the third bathroom, while the common area also hosts a sleeper sofa for 2. Enjoy this well stocked beachfront condo at one of PCBs nicest resorts!

Shores of Panama is located on Thomas Drive and is close to St. Andrews State Park and some of the best restaurants in Panama City like Pineapple Willy's, Dat Cajun Place, Captain Anderson's, Neon's, Patches and Firefly. The golf course is just 3 minutes away and the Marina is 12 minutes away. The marina is a great spot to book a dolphin excursion or fishing charter for your next family getaway to PCB. The Hershey's Ice Cream shop is located only 5 mins away and will be your favorite spot for a late night sundae on more than one occasion during your stay!

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

Guest must register and pay for parking upon arrival. The condo package for this unit will be 2 parking passes and 8 Resort bands. 2024 cost is $110.00

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Has a problem the whole time we were there with the arm bands not working we asked about why all five would not work they said they didnā€™t know. I wished it was stocked better it only has like 5 forks and spoons

Condo was good size. Floors looked clean but socks said otherwise. Corner of ceiling in king size bedroom looked like it was moldy. Wish there was a hall bathroom. It was awkward for guests who slept on pull out couch ( which is very uncomfortable) to enter other bedrooms to use bathroom. Elevator wait times are terrible especially with no ventilation. Parking garage is awfully tight and difficult to maneuver around the corners when other cars are approaching.

Very satisfactory

We stayed here for five days. But pool was only open for two of those days. A lot of work being done at the property that could have been explained when we booked. Apartment was clean. kitchen could have been cleaner especially the utensils. The manager was very good came straight out when we had an issue with the drains. So first class on that aspect All in all our stay was satisfactory

Great Stay

We had a great stay! The condo was as listed, the kitchen had plenty of cookware. It was nice having 3 full bathrooms so everyone could get clean after the beach and pool fairly quickly! The property manager was very responsive to the questions I had. The only complaint would be the A/C ran the entire time we were there without turning off. Itā€™s louder than normal and didnā€™t seem to cool the living area well during the day, even with the curtain to the balcony closed it was still extra warm in there. The only other consideration I would put out there for the property owner is adding a up high door latch to the entry door, so that people with smaller kids donā€™t have to worry about them potentially wandering out in the middle of the night. We ended up checking out 1 day early because of Hurricane Helene projected to make land fall the day of our planned check out.

The location is very nice. The apartment is nice looking as well. The garage is very tight so a small car is needed. The apartment stays cool even when itā€™s really hot outside. The trade off is a very very loud sound coming from the air conditioning unit. During our stay the fire alarm in the unit went off several times Kevin arrived to fix it but it went off three additional times during the night.

Great little property

Overpriced

Pay attention to all the added fees. I paid almost $700 in extra added fees. The space was bare minimum. Toaster didnā€™t work. Cockroaches. There is not enough elevators and be prepared to wait 20 minutes to get anywhere.

Very Nice Condo-bad building

Very nice condo with plenty of sleeping options for 8 people. Pool and beach front AMAZING!!! Property is less than ideal getting in and out of parking garage and not alot of parking soooo expect to be 4 or more floors away from parkimg and loading and unloading luggage and groceries. Unit is on the 16th floor with only 4 elevators and 2 that are nearby. From 8am thru 7pm you will be waiting for an elevator atleast 5 minutes up to 12 for us.

Loved the beach decor in the condo. Kitchen was stocked with dinnerware and drink ware, as well as coffee maker and waffle maker. Do need to get your own toilet paper and paper towels (after 1 roll provided runs out). Overall, great experience for first time in PCB!

Quick in-law Vacay

This was a last minute in-law vacay just for a few nights. Long line to get arm bands and parking passes (Over 30 minute wait) Would have been nice to have that already taken care of during rental process. Upon arrival I immediately noticed king bedspread had a lipstick stain and queen bedspread was stained as well. Sheets on queen bed had brown stains. Elevator wait (45 minutes) was very long at check in as well. No service elevator for service staff that could have been part of the problem also July 4th weekend. Some sort of fight broke out on the beach on our last night. Police was called in to put order. Screaming from so many balconies from guests cheering and/or complaining. Made me feel uneasy like we might be in the wrong area. Overall good trip with my in laws who are almost 80 but will not go back due to long waits for elevators at any time of the day.

Beautiful condo, property and beach

This condo is beautifully decorated and the beds are all very comfy. We didn't cook, but it seems as if the kitchen was well stocked. Also, having three full bathrooms was so nice. The pool area was super nice and big. Having a pool bar / grill was a nice bonus too. The beach was AMAZING! Right next door to Pineapple Willy's where you can get lunch/drinks and take them back to your beach chair on the beach. Cort, the property manager, was excellent to communicate with and very helpful. Things to note: 1. There is a $100 parking/wristband fee that you have to pay when you arrive. If you loose the bands they charge you $100 to replace them. 2. The parking garage was not a fun experience. There weren't enough non reserved parking spots and each night when we arrived back from dinner we would circle the garage for about 30 minutes. No one at the office answered the phone and there were signs all over the place that said if you parked in a reserved spot that your car would be towed. We called Cort and he helped us the best he could. 3. Plan to spend a lot of time waiting on elevators. There aren't enough elevators for the amount of units/people on the property. One elevator was down most of the first two days we were there. Overall, I loved the condo and property and location, but the elevator and parking situation would deter me from renting here again. I should note that we were there on Memorial day weekend, so I'm sure it was a busy time.
