COVAID-19 UPDATE as of 5/19:
ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR PARTY MUST WEAR A PROTECTIVE MASK OR COVERING OF THE NOSE AND MOUTH WHEN OUTSIDE THE CONDO IN COMMON AREAS AND ELEVATORS.
YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO WEAR THE COVERING OUTSIDE THE BUILDING.
Enjoy an absolutely SPECTACULAR VIEW from our 17th floor gulf front unit! Sleeps 6 easily AND comfortably! Master suite, cozy bunk bed area (2 twins) and queen sleeper sofa. Located only 20 minutes from the PCB airport. Plenty of shopping and dining options just a walk away at Pier Park. We also provide our guests with 2 beach chairs that they can bring back and forth between the beach and unit. Tidewater has an on-site restaurant, fitness center with health bar, sauna, indoor and outdoor pool with Tiki Bar, a great game room and complimentary theater that plays movies on Wednesday & Saturday nights for Tidewater guests.
WHAT WE PROVIDE:
All linens and towels for the king bed, 2 twin beds and 1 queen sleeper sofa.
5 bath towels, 5 face cloths and 2 hand towels per bathroom and 6 beach towels.
We also provide 2 beach chairs that our guests can bring back and forth between the unit. We do hold a $100 deposit for use of the chairs. Once verified that the chairs are in the unit after your check out, we will refund the $100 deposit.
We also provide our guests with a complimentary starter pack consisting of: 2 dishwasher pods, 8 oz dish detergent, 1 dish towel and dishcloth, 2 laundry pods, 2 dryer sheets, 1 roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper (1 per bathroom,) 2 tall kitchen trash bag and 1 small trash bags per bathroom, Coffee pot and 2 filters, hair dryer and 2x bar hand soaps per bathroom. Please plan on bringing/buying additional consumable items prior to/upon arrival.

GENERAL TIDEWATER REQUIREMENTS
1. Tidewater Beach Resort Rules and Regulations state that the MINIMUM Age requirement for a person renting a Tidewater Beach Resort unit must be at least 25 years of age. There are NO exceptions to this rule as it's mandated by the Tidewater association. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the Tidewater Beach Resort rental property the entire term of the reservation. This individual must also show ID & sign acknowledgement of Tidewater Beach Resort Rules and Regulations prior to receiving wristbands and parking passes.
2. All guests are required to register with Tidewater and pay the $30 (plus $2.10 tax) =$32.10 registration fee per UNIT (NOT per person) with the Tidewater Association. Guests can register in advance/pay online. There is a $1.49 transaction fee for online payments. After your reservation is confirmed we will send you a "To do prior to your stay" note. This will provide you with the website to register at.
OR Guests can register upon arrival.
3. GROUND FLOOR AFTER HOURS ACCESS
The ground floor front entrance access will be closed from 11:00 pm until 6:00 am. Those seeking access to the building may enter using their RFID wristbands or fobs on all east and west entrances or via the parking garage entrance. Security will be stationed on the second floor during these hours and is available 24/7.
4. Each unit is limited to 2 cars/parking passes. We cannot get extra passes.
HOST REQUIREMENTS:
1. The VRBO booking fee-we cannot waive it, it is their fee to guests, as hosts we pay a similar fee on our end.
2. Our cleaning fee-we will not waive our cleaning fee, no matter how clean you tell us you are. It is important that our cleanliness standard is consistently upheld and we feel the best way to do this is by having a professional cleaning service turn the unit over for us in between guests.
3. Taxes-we are required to pay taxes on the money we make as a rental.
4. The wifi going down or being slow. We do not have the ability to reset the router from our unit.
5. Mother Nature. We will not issue refunds for natural occurrences. We advise guests to purchase trip insurance, VRBO offers it when you make your reservation-Allianz is another option.
6. We do require our guests to pay a non refundable damage deposit of $59. We don't require you to use the VRBO policy.
7. Peak, in season elevator use is between 4-7PM, please plan accordingly. As much as we'd like, we cannot do anything to speed this up. With great views, come longer wait times.
8. The washer and dryer are available for your use during your stay. Due to size restraints our washer and dryer are stackable, please do not overload them.
*If you're looking for another unit we also have a 2 bedroom/3 bathroom unit that sleeps 8 (2 king beds, 1 queen sleeper sofa and a twin bunk bed area) on the 24th floor at Tidewater.
