The open living and dining areas have high 10’ ceilings with plenty of windows for a bright, spacious feel that makes Relaxing and Entertaining easy.There is a half bath on the first floor.  The Master suite offers a king-sized bed, double closet, a private master bath with double vanity and large shower. The second and third bedrooms offer a queen and twin over full bunks. These bedrooms share a large bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Each Bedroom has its own TV and blu ray player.

"Shore Beats Work" is close to the resort style pool, and is just a short drive or bike ride to the scenic dunes and unspoiled beauty of nearby Deer Lake State Park and beach access. Your Vacation Home is located in the town of Prominence which is a 30A hotspot, and offers the best resort lifestyle. The amenities included in Prominence are a 5,000 sq. ft. pool with cabanas and a community grilling area offering 2 large grills surrounding the poolside. Golf cart rentals are allowed ONLY through 30A Gulf Carts. 30A Gulf Carts and the HOA have a contract to allow a limited number of golf cart rentals on a first come, first served basis.
