Sleeping 12 comfortably, this coastal haven features a private pool and a chef's kitchen and is just a 3-minute drive to the beach. Perfect for families and groups seeking a luxury getaway near 30A and Rosemary Beach, this home offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience.

Guests will have full, private access to the entire home and all its luxury amenities. This includes the private pool, outdoor lounge and dining area, and in-unit washer & dryer. Your arrival is made simple with easy self-check-in. You will also have easy access to the public beach and a nearby lake.

We respect our guests' privacy while ensuring a seamless, relaxing vacation. We can be reached via the guest portal or phone should any needs arise during your stay. We will not be present at the property during your stay.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Pool Heating: Complimentary pool heat is provided for all stays from November 1st, 2025, to April 25th, 2026. For all other dates, pool heating is available for an additional fee of $65/day plus tax and must be arranged and paid separately after booking.
Pet Policy: This home is pet-friendly with up to 2 pets, subject to prior approval. An additional, non-refundable pet fee of $250 plus tax will be collected separately after booking.
Reservation Confirmation: After booking, you will receive a link to our Guest Portal. You must complete your reservation confirmation within 72 hours by providing guest details, uploading a photo of you holding your ID, and agreeing to our terms. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.
Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essentials (paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, toilet paper, and hand soap). All bed linens, bath linens, and beach towels are also provided. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional items as needed.
Area Construction: Please be aware that construction is ongoing throughout Panama City Beach and 30A. We cannot be held responsible for any related noise or disturbances.
Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept wire transfers or checks.

Check-in is at 4:00pm, we cannot guarantee a check-in prior to this time but rest assured that we will contact you as soon the house is ready for you.
Upon arrival, Sea Mist Chic has an electronic lock allowing you to check-in at your convenience. You will enter the code provided in the portal, push the ✔️, and you should hear the lock engage. **Please note** that your door code will not appear in the guest portal until 4:00pm unless you have been notified that the rental is ready for you.
