HOW TO RESERVE YOUR VACATION STAY

• Deposit - First payment to reserve the condo. Balance due 30 days prior to your vacation stay.

• Housekeeping - Is included in your all-inclusive rate.

• Tax - 13.50% Florida taxes is included in your all-inclusive rate.

• Resort Fee – There is a one time $35 Resort Fee which the Resort requires you pay at the registration desk to receive your parking pass and arm bands.

• Check In/Out - Check in is after 4:00 pm. Check out is promptly at 10:00 am

• Pets – Sorry Pets not allowed. This is the resorts rule we need to follow.

• Age Requirement - The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older, and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation.

We had a great time the condo was very clean and had what we needed , we stayed a week the pools and water park was really nice the kids loved it, it’s not real big but enough for young kids. It was nice to have 2 chairs and umbrella out at the beach that comes with the condo. Just down the street is a Winn Dixie and they also have carts in garage for getting your things to the condo. Overall it was awesome and would absolutely come again.

We stayed for the week of July 4th. The condo had everything we could need. They had several pools. My kids really enjoyed all of the amenities. They have a restaurant that was awesome and super friendly staff. I would definitely stay again.

This resort is very family friendly and easy to navigate. The walkover bridge from parking into the lobby was very convenient, especially when coming back with groceries. There was a wait for elevator use at high traffic times. The room itself was laid out well, had a spacious balcony, and had all of the items we needed for our stay. Getting access to the beach chairs was extremely easy as well. Wonderful property!

The place was clean and ready early. Very nice stay.And the host was very responsive.One improvement could be to include a pan to bake in, as we like to make our own food on vacations to save some money. Also a few pictures in the listing had furniture that was not there when we got there. Like the wood table and also the extra chair on the balcony.Overall great stay and would recommend it!

Overall we had a great stay. Nice condo with great ocean view. A few maintenance issues were quickly resolved by the owner. Some areas could use a deep cleaning in the master bath. Kitchen needs a sheet pan and pot holder. A door stop for the very heavy door would be helpful for loading and unloading luggage since carts can’t enter the room. A throw blanket would be a nice touch for the living room.

Beautiful view, clean house and appropriately furnished. However, wi-fi was inoperable, the bedroom curtain did not block all light and the washer was inoperable. The problem ,with the washer posed no problem since we did not need to wash clothes.

Overall it was a great time. The downside was that the washer didn't work and there was a repair man that showed up so I had to let him in. Then after that he said it was good to go and after doing laundry water went everywhere in the floor. The owner was in touch immediately after messaging him. But wanted us to basically clean the mess instead of sending someone to do it. That was the downside of the vacation.

Unit was well kept and nice. One of the better priced units i found and was pleasantly surprised at the comfort and cleanliness. As expected you can tell its been lived in but is well kept considering. Bed was comfortable, unit was clean, location in complex was great. Its a good unit to stay in. There were minor issues with a sink and washing machine but nothing that detailed our visit. Owner is very responsive and im sure issues have been resolved. We did not report them until after our stay because we didnt need care to have repairs made during our stay. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Really enjoyed our stay there. The check in process was quick and easy. The owner sent the information out well in advance and it was clear and concise. There were enough of the basics for 2 people for a 5 day stay (although make sure you bring your own spices, sugar/sweetener, and cooking spray) if you plan to do any cooking. The unit was as described. A couple of the chairs and rug in the living room were very dirty and cleared t been cleaned in a while. Also, the housekeepers missed cleaning behind the bathroom doors. Other than that, the unit was clean. Great location a few minutes from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to drive to it. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing stay.

This is a cute little place. Just the right size for a family with up to 4 kids. Beautiful view. There was a couple of maintenance things that i noticed but nothing that affected our stay. Just things that housekeeping probably failed to mention to the owner. Like a toilet handle sticking. I would still stay here agin in the future with out a bount.

The condo was advertised in the listing. It was clean and a good stay overall. The only issue was the ceiling fan in the bedroom was a little wobbly.
