We welcome you, and have this beautiful, beachfront, Ocean Reef condo ready for you!

Ocean Reef #1604 is located on the 16th floor at Ocean Reef. As soon as you walk in the door you will be taken away by the breathtaking view!

The living area is beautifully decorated, in lovely beach themed tones, with a comfortable sofa, two recliners, tables, ceiling fan, large flatscreen TV and DVD player. The living area opens to the private balcony as well as the master suite.

The master suite is accommodated with a comfortable king size bed with premium mattress and beautiful bed linens, side table with USB and electric outlets, ceiling fan, dresser, and flatscreen TV. The suite also opens to the private balcony which is great for viewing the ocean, watching the birds fly by or listening to the gentle sounds of the waves crashing against the beach. The master suite also has a private master bathroom which is accommodated with bath linens.

The guestroom has two queen size beds with premium mattresses, ceiling fan, side table with USB and electric outlets, two dressers, and flatscreen TV hung on the wall. The guestroom also opens to the guest bathroom. There you will find all the bath linens you need for a comfortable stay.

The dining area has a lovely glass top dining table that will comfortably seat six. More seating is located at the large breakfast bar with stools. The kitchen is outfitted with all stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The owner has spared no expense and has provided all you’ll need to prepare and serve a delicious meal while on vacation.

The private balconies at Ocean Reef are among the largest you will find in the area. From the balcony you can view the Gulf’s endless water, dolphins jumping, seagulls flying, beach goers walking, parasailing, boating, snorkeling and much, much more. The balcony is completely furnished with a sofa, two chairs and ottomans, and a dining room table with four chairs, providing a relaxing area for enjoying sunsets, sunrises, board games with family and friends and romantic dinners. Our guests find that if they are not on the beach, then they are on their private balcony!

Ocean Reef is only 1 mile from the most popular shopping and entertainment venue, Pier Park, making it an easy walk. Also surrounding Ocean Reef is plenty of dining and entertainment. Perfect location!

Nice Place

This was a really nice and spacious condo. The big balcony/deck was really nice too. My wife and I sat out there every morning and drank coffee. The 2 pre rented beach chairs along with the pull cart was an added plus. Probably the only negative for the whole trip would be the tight little parking garage but after a few times in/out you start to get the hang of it.

Roomy, clean, well managed and an oversized balcony which became our favorite place to be!

We love this condo! The location is close to all amenities in the area yet when you sit on the oversized balcony with the beautiful blues and greens of the water, the white sand and the gorgeous sunsets, you feel cocooned from the rest of the world. The furniture and beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and you have everything you need to feel at home. We stayed a month and will be back next year! We had questions regarding the area and about the living room ceiling fan and the management company responded swiftly and efficiently and checked with us later to ensure everything was going well. Everything you could want for a stress free vacation!

Awesome place!

We loved our stay here! Our condo was very clean. Beds and pillow were very comfortable some of the best sleep I’ve ever had while on vacation! Located across the street is go carts and put put and a really awesome donut shop! The arcade had great ice cream too! We didn’t have to travel far to keep the kids entertained. It’s just what we needed as a family. We will be back!

Perfection

Location of condo is perfect to park your car and forget it. You can walk to 3 major restaurants and the best fast food/donut shop “Amore” along with putt putt, go karts and souvenir shops. Check in is an ease with a door code and the unit is clean with everything you need for your stay, and the pictures are true to what you find. The View is amazing !!!

Ocean Reef exceeded all our expectations and we can't wait to return.

This property exceeded all our expectations! The condo is so much roomier than others we have had and is beautifully furnished with comfortable furniture, a couch plus 2 recliners and a full size dining table. We loved that the recliners were facing the floor to ceiling wall of glass providing a stunning view of the ocean. That's why we're here, right? The kitchen has eveything you need, there is a full size washer and dryer, the beds are comfy and there is so much drawer space. But our favorite place is the balcony. It is huge and has a couch, 2 comfortable chairs with foot stools and a table with 4 chairs all facing the ocean. We saw the most beautiful sunsets and the stars are so bright on nights when the moon is only a sliver. Our month here wasn't long enough! We had a couple of questions so we emailed and had an answer within no time. Check in was contactless and super easy and we had a covered parking space in the garage. The beach is lovely and the water is so clear and beautiful. Can't say enough about how much we loved this Condo! Basically my dream vacation spot.😀

Beautiful Condo in Great Location

The condo is very well appointed and maintained, with beautiful decor, comfortable bedding and like new appliances. The views are stunning and the access to the pool and beach is super convenient. The only drawback here is the design of the parking deck which makes the ramps very difficult to navigate. I wouldn’t want an inexperienced or senior driver to even try!

Lovely place

Sadly our trip only lasted 2 nights due to unforeseen circumstances but this condo was all that we hoped for! Great location and great view! The homeowner has the place decorated very nicely! We brought all of the extras as recommended but were pleasantly surprised to see this unit was already equipped with all of the amenities from home. Best of all Greta’s was so quick to reach by phone and so easy to work with. No hesitancy to rent through them again!
