The Leafy Cabana at Boardwalk Beach Resort

Welcome to Boardwalk Beach unit 1505. Where you will have 15th floor breathtaking views from the living area and balcony making you PCB vacation one to remember! This condo is a beautiful 1 bedroom + bunks and 1 bath condo. The master bedroom offers a queen mattress with connecter to the bathroom. 2 twin beds are set in the hall. The unit has tile throughout a full shower/tube combo bathroom and is stocked with a full kitchen for your perfect beach vacations.

Enjoy the good life at the Boardwalk Beach Resort with an unparalleled deck of resort style amenities including: covered parking beneath the building (not across the street); beautiful grounds with a pool, spa, kiddie water play area, tiki beach bar & so much more. One mile away, you can find plenty of family-friendly fun for everyone such as WonderWorks, Race City, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, Ripley's Believe It Or Not, and more! For endless sales and opportunities, Pier Park is exactly what you need and you can find this shopping center six and a half miles away, near Gulf World.

No Pets, no smoking

Renters must be 25 or older.
You will not be allowed on property if someone within your group is not 25.

Parking notes: One parking pass and 4 armbands will be provided and left in the unit upon your arrival. A second parking pass is available at a cost of $50 and needs to be purchased 24 hours before arrival to guarantee it will be available for your stay.

A starter package of amenities is provided. Renter must provided any amenities needed beyond what is initially provided.

Great Stay

The overall stay was great. The only thing we had trouble with were the mattresses. Way to soft. Might be time for new ones. I would have loved to have had beach towels we could have used also. We would stay here again.

Great Place!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a cozy condo, very clean with a beautiful view. The kitchen had a little bit of everything with good pantry space. Itā€™s close by a lot of shops and restaurants. Jessica was very nice and helpful. The pool was perfect for kids, thereā€™s a tiki bar/grill and a corner market on site. Multiple elevators. 24/7 security. All in all a wonderful trip and we would definitely stay here again!

Clean Lovely Beach Condo

My wife and were celebrating our anniversary with a quiet and relaxing ten days on the beach. Unit 1505 was very clean and well maintained, and the Gulf and beach views were wonderful. Communication with our host was easy and the few questions we had were responded to immediately.

Gnats Were Everywhere

I have never given a bad review, until now. The gnats were everywhere. Even in the bed. We ended our trip early due to them. We notified the owner when we got there about them. She said they would send someone up however no one came. No compensation was offered to us for this.

Excellent Condo!

My family and I absolutely loved this condo. Check in was simple and hassle free. The condo was extremely clean and the beds were comfy. The view off the balcony was amazing. Jessica was happy to help with anything and even messaged me to make sure our stay was satisfactory. Close by pretty much anything locally, we didn't have to drive far to reach extracurricular activities. It was a nice touch to have some beach toys available in the condo, especially with flying to Florida and not wasting money at surf shops to not be able to take them back on the plane. Will be booking this condo again in the future when we return to PCB for vacation!

This is a great rental and I would recommend it for families and couples. It is close to everything you are looking for with great beach access. The property manager is great and the property itself is outstanding.

Convenient condo with a view

The property was everything we needed for a week stay. The full kitchen was great for making breakfast and lunch. The view of the pool and Gulf was amazing The only down side is that the bed was not very comfortable because it was too soft with the mattress topper. The couch is also pretty uncomfortable because of its age. The bottom panel of the couch was also broken upon our arrival and kept falling off. Overall great stay, just wished the couch and bed were better.
