Free high speed internet wifi and 3 Smart TVs with Roku that has Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, etc. Comes with cruiser bikes, bike lock, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach toys in the garage. Good for couples, family and business travelers.

We provide a premium starter kit which includes essentials such as bath towels, toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish detergent, dish tabs, sponge, kitchen towels, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Please ensure that you bring beach towels and extra essentials as needed for your stay.

Beach Access:
1. Deer Lake State Park (6350 E County Hwy 30A) is a public beach access (1 mile west of Prominence) with parking lot, restroom, and shower. Need to pay $3 for parking and alcohol is not allowed as it's a state park. Longer walk from parking lot (5 mins) to the beach but a beautiful scenic walk on the long boardwalk with beautiful white sand dunes and less crowded than other public beaches. Easy bike ride (5 mins) or walk (25 mins) to the beach.

2. Gulf Lakes (8040 E County Hwy 30A) is a public beach access (1 mile east of Prominence) with bike parking and shower. No restroom and no parking lot but easy bike ride (5 mins) or walk (20 mins) to the beach.

3. Walton Dunes ((320 Beachfront Trail) is a public beach access with no stairs or ramp and can walk right up to beach (2.5 miles east of Prominence). No restroom. Parking for cars and golf carts.

4. Santa Clara Regional (3468 E County Hwy 30A) is a public beach access (about 3.5 miles west of Prominence) with a lifeguard, parking lot, and restroom as well as ADA access to the beach.
