Overall we had a good stay. The condo had a nice ocean view, comfortable living room furniture, and a very comfortable king bed. The kitchen was nice and open and had everything we needed.One thing worth mentioning for future guests: the pool area was smaller than we expected from the photos, with limited seating, and it’s located in the parking lot. We didn’t end up using it because of the weather, but we would’ve been disappointed had lounging by the pool been a bigger priority for our trip.

Beautifully decorated and we'll appointed unit.with a beautiful view. We enjoyed the patio early morning and rented an umbrella from Captain Zach's (excellent and friendly service) for our time on the beach. For us one minor drawback was the Vizio TV would not allow us to stream any service including You TubeTV to watch the world cup. According to AI this is a known issue when longing into an account. While we were bummed the goal was to be at the beach, which we enjoyed immensely. The management company was also very responsive and friendly. We highly recommend this until!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have stayed in C14.The condo is always clean and is perfectly located close to the horseshoe. The view is exceptional. There is some room for improvement with "the little things." We experienced this last visit and just thought it was an accident but after returning this summer we realized it must just be status quo. There was only one trash bag, one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for a 5 night, 4 day stay. So...off to Publix we went to purchase basic supplies that we normally do not have to purchase at other rentals.

Great Location- Beautiful Beach

Really enjoyed our stay at the Palms. Beautiful beach view and just steps to the sand. Very clean and well equipped condo. Would definitely rent again!

Fantastic experience!

The property was clean and had everything we needed. The view and easy beach access was fantastic for the whole family to enjoy! The beach was private and never busy which allowed for a better teach experience! We would definitely consider this property at the Palms again!
