This luxury vacation condo checks all the boxes for a fabulous beach vacation! What more could you ask for? Beautiful beach-front condo; End unit includes endless, 20+ miles of coastline views from the balcony; Free beach chairs (3/1 to 10/31); Reserved parking on first floor. Parking located directly across from elevators (just steps away); Great West Panama City Beach location, no hotels on either side of Tropic Winds, no bumper-to-bumper traffic, only 2 miles from the fabulous Pier Park. Looking for 4 bedrooms and 4 baths; book both 1901 & 1903 which are both owned by the same person.

$32,000 in new renovations including kitchen, walk-in tile shower, vanity with two sinks in master bath and all new tile throughout the unit. The kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel kitchen appliances, blender, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, microwave and a side by side refrigerator. Lots of cookware, pots and pans and dishes are included as well. You can decide to eat out or enjoy a home cooked meal. The dining area seats four with additional seating at the breakfast counter.

From the living room, you'll quickly notice the balcony access with endless views of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room includes comfortable sofa-sleeper, two arm chairs (for relaxation and taking in the views), and a 70ā€ Samsung Smart TV.

The oversized balcony is breath-taking and offers plenty of space for an outdoor living area! Not only does it include the beautiful gulf views, enjoy the comfortable furnishings and luxury tile flooring! Un-wind, enjoy the gulf breeze, take in the majestic views, spot the dolphins, enjoy your favorite refreshments and snacks, dine to a sunset meal, and nod off to a peaceful nap on this highly desirable balcony.

The master bedroom includes king size bed, a separate balcony access, and private, totally renovated, master bathroom with walk-in shower! A 55" TV and DVD player are provided for your viewing pleasure.

The guest bedroom includes king size bed, separate guest bathroom access, 42" TV and DVD player. Both full-size bathrooms include rain shower heads and wall-mounted hair dryers. This condo includes a separate laundry room with FULL SIZE LG washer & dryer.

Free high-speed Wi-Fi is provided for all your devices.

The unit is kept to the ownersā€™ highest standards ensuring a clean and up to date unit.

PARKING: A reserved ground floor parking space (located under the building and across from the elevator) makes parking a breeze! Store your beach items in your vehicle which is just a short walk to the beach access (no need to carry on the elevator). The first parking pass is free, an additional vehicle pass cost $40.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, do not book this property. The Occupancy Limit is 6. If you need to sleep more guests, please book a larger condo. No air mattresses allowed. No parties or large gatherings permitted. No Pets. Quiet hours are to be observed. These policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Property manager is on-site.

Paradise Personified

I was determined to convince my husband to become a beach appreciator ! I saw the pics of the balcony online and that was the major selling point! It did not disappoint. It had comfortable furniture and was very wide. Several books and cups of coffee were enjoyed there. The condo had everything we needed to be comfortable and to enjoy the week. It is located very close to grocery stores and restaurants. The unit was clean and very comfortable for us. The elevators worked great with luggage carts located on several floors. Thank you!

Great Beaches even better food!!!

Property was in a great location, well decorated and very accommodating. Great view of the beach and surroundings, close to many great restaurants (Salty Sues, Mikes oyster bar, Coconuts is a short walk ) Dont forget Pier Park (The Back Porch, Pompano Joes) All great places to eat. Pineapple Willy's is a must get their around or 4 or 4:30 or its a wait same for Sharkys šŸ˜ We had a great time soaking up the sun on yhe beach , playing golf with our daughter (Coconut Creek Golf) best in town Dont forget your ice cream at Hersheys on Thomas Dr good ice cream great service and atmosphere!!!

Wonderful vacation condo

A friend and I stayed at this beautiful condo for 4 nights. It is on the beach with a spectacular view, and the breeze coming off the open corner was perfect. The property is clean, beds are comfy, and the kitchen was nice to have. We never turned on the tv.

Very clean. Comfy indoor and especially outdoor seating. Sunsets every night. Felt completely new. Tremendous views. Drove to Rosemary beach for nice dinner. Mikes oysters was awesome. 2 mile walk to pier for lunch on the beach. Pool was shaded in late afternoon. Hot tub always available. 4 door F150 tight to park but fit. Fast elevators. Everything was just perfect.

Amazing views!

Check in was easy. Parking is covered and we had no problem getting into the assigned spot. It is very breezy in the garage so watch when you open your car doors. There are several luggage carts in the elevator lobby- make sure you grab one because the unit is on the 19th floor. Two of the three elevators were operational and we never had to wait too long for a ride. Others complained so it may be a recurring issue. The unit was very clean. Plenty of linens including some throws. Beds were comfortable, but the master bed sits up very high. Keep that in mind for elderly travelers. The couch and the rest of the seating was just okay. Not super comfortable, but not terrible either. The balcony is where it's at. Views are amazing. The unit is on the end so you get the benefit of seeing all the way up the coast. Balcony furniture was very comfortable and there's plenty of it. Cushions got wet in the rain, but dried pretty quickly. The weather was very breezy and beautiful during our stay and we spent most of our time out on the balcony. Kitchen is well stocked, we did most of our cooking in and had everything we needed. Regular coffee pot and Keurig available, but you will need your own coffee or pods. Bathrooms are big and very clean and nice. Water pressure was good, plenty of hot water. Location is great. Tons of grocery stores and restaurants nearby and the beach itself is just steps away. There were beach chairs available - you just have to check in at the chair shack. They open later than I would've liked, but we made do. There are even plenty of chairs available at the bottom of the garage near the hot tub. The view is great, the breeze was nice and it's perfect for those that don't like the sand. There were a few supplies available to get started, but you will definitely want to bring or buy toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher pods. You will also need your own beach towels and maybe a towel rack - there was no good place to hang beach towels.

Parking was too tight! The condo floors were very dirty! We ordered a swifter sweeper, and cleaned them. The bedding on one of the beds was stained or dirty! We stripped the beds, and used our own linens! The view was great!!! Nice big screen tv in living room.

Great property!

This is a beautiful property in a great location. The check in and check out process was very easy and the management quickly responded with all of my questions prior to arrival. The reserved parking was convenient but it was extremely tight. The beach service was nice to have but wasnā€™t overly impressed with the guys providing the service. The unit was nicely decorated and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The living room furniture was a bit hard and not as comfortable as I would like but we didnā€™t spend much time inside anyway. I would definitely recommend this property.

A very clean, modern, and comfortable condo. Loved the large balcony and updated features. Set off from the crowds of the pier, but a very easy and short drive to get there. A wonderful place to vacation!

Great, relaxing place!

We have stayed at this property 3 times. The decor is pleasing and it is very nicely maintained. The balcony overlooks the ocean and it is a comfortable place to hang out and eat dinner. You feel connected with the ocean once you are done with your beach day. You have the best seat in the house when you eat dinner on the balcony. The bed is very comfortable and it is lovely to have a washer and dryer and a designated parking spot. Riley, the property manager, was very responsive. I needed a small footstool to reacher the dryer buttons and get on the bed and it was already there waiting for me. We look forward to returning!
