This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 6th floor.

Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size bed in the master bedroom. King size bed in the second bedroom. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. TVs in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. The 10 and a half foot balcony has 2 loungers, a table with 2 high top chairs and a small table with 2 more chairs. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

Loved it!

We were initially nervous about getting there and checking in. The whole process was very simple the condo is beautiful and I would definitely stay again! This was our first trip to Panama City and it was the best experience from beginning to end!

Beautiful, but...

The condo and the balcony was amazing. My only complaint is I tried several times to contact owner during the stay and check out and didnt get any response. Even though it was beautiful and a great location, I think $40 for parking and the cost of the condo is a little ridiculous. I only paid it because my family hadn't been on a vacation in 8 years and it was a much needed vacation.

Stormy Get Away

Condo was great! Check-in and facilities very easy to get around. Everything thing was perfect except for not being able to get into the ocean due to the storms and rip tides. I would stay here again. Restaurant across the street was fantastic, great baked oysters. I would definitely recommend.

Bike week

We have stayed in this condominium 4 times now, usually with another owner, we choose to stay with this one because it was a tad cheaper. The condo was nice and had starter things such as TP, garbage bags, paper towels. We stayed 3 nights and did not have to buy anymore . Check in for wrist bans and parking passes was quick and easy, however we did get a ticket on our trailer , and I specifically told her where we parked to make sure that was ok , and the trailer right next to us did not . Weird situation , however the condo owner and security guard were very helpful. The ticket came from the condo next door this condo was renting spots to. (Mind you this was bike week so we had a trailer, would have no issues with regular vehicles .) over all our room and stay was good. We will most likely be back .

Perfect condo

This condo was so cute! Weā€™ve stayed at Emerald Isle for a couple years now and have always booked different condos by Helen. Theyā€™ve always been perfect! This was the cutest place with its decor, and as always it was clean! We love this resort as itā€™s right on the beach but not in the middle of all the other condos so itā€™s never overwhelmingly crowded. Highly recommend!

Incredible balcony with wonderful views. The unit is very nicely decorated and in great condition. Well stocked kitchen and flat screen TV's in all major rooms. Would stay here again.

Great location

Easy access to everything. We loved our room and building. Friendly building staff kept everything clean and working - pools, hot tub, sauna, weight room, and all other public areas. Nice set of gas grills on which we cooked steaks one night. Easy access to the beach. Would stay again. We stayed week after Labor Day so no crowds.

The condo was beautiful and Helen was awesome to work with.

We had the BEST time and the condo had everything we needed. The young men at the beach service was wonderful we got an extra set of chairs since there was 4 of us. The location was wonderful beach was not over crowded and everyone that worked at the site was very pleasant also. We definitely will be back and rent from Helen again if possible!!

The condo was beyond beautiful. The complex was in a great location on the beach. The only thing missing from the room that I would have liked was a collapsible drying rack for clothes. Appreciated the quick response from Helen when the oven wasnā€™t working and her housekeeperā€™s assistance in completing our baking :) Thereā€™s 4 elevators so thereā€™s not a long wait for one. I would definitely stay at Emerald Isle again.

Excellent!

Condo was beautifully decorated and had everything you would need and then some. Beds were cozy with pull down shades in each. Check in and check out were super easy. The host, Helen, was available quickly when we had questions and has really made this condo a home away from home. Balcony was huge! Beach was gorgeous!! Our family had a fabulous week!!!

Spring Break

We really enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle Resort! It was very clean, we felt very safe, and we loved how family oriented it was as well. We did have an issue with our tv remotes, but the lady we rented through was quickly on it and everything was resolved in a timely manner. MS. Phillips was very helpful and we definitely would stay here again and recommend it to others!
