The Sundowner is everything you are looking for in a beach vacation home - high-end designer interiors, spacious floor plan, private pool, panoramic Gulf views, and more! Located next to the famous Thomas Donuts on Front Beach Road, enjoy the aroma of fresh baked goods while sipping your morning coffee on the Gulf facing balconies. Truly a vacation experience for all your senses! More shopping and dining options are nearby while also enjoying the quieter atmosphere of this section of gorgeous Laguna Beach.

The beach entrance is 10 yards away and you will enjoy panoramic views of the crystal blue waters of the Gulf from every level of the three-story home. Enjoy the backyard pool for a private resort experience. You may never want to leave!

**Summer is available with departures any day but Sunday.**

The Sundowner Features
- Panoramic Gulf Views from all floors
- Designer interiors, including cotton bedding and towels for every room
-Flexible summer stays! No more Saturday-to-Saturday requirements.
- Private elevator which travels to all floors. Must sign a waiver to gain access to the elevator during your stay. Adult use only. Please ask for details regarding mobility considerations for anyone in your group.
- Private Pool and deck with lounge seating, propane grill, and umbrella. The pool can be heated for an additional fee October through April
- 10 yards to beach entrance
- Complimentary Use of 4 Taxi bikes
- Pet Friendly for up to 2 dogs, 60 pounds or less, non-aggressive breeds only. Approval from Exclusive 30A and payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required prior to your arrival.

Lovely Home

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was everything you could ask for. The beach is across the street and you have views from all the front windows. Thomas Donuts and Snack Shop, and Thomas Pizza and Cream is next door so you can just walk next door and get donuts for breakfast and pizza for lunch. You also have your own private pool in the backyard.

Absolutely Beautiful home with the most stunning views! The elevator was a blessing and our granddaughter enjoyed the heated pool and easy access to the beach! So much fun was had by all! Sad we had to leave but will definitely be back!

Very Nice Home

We all enjoyed our stay. There were four things that I would consider negatives: Road noise when you are sitting out on the decks (You get a little use to it the longer you are there) (If the doors are closed there is NO noise in the home) Only one extra blanket (Truly nowhere near enough for a 4 bedroom) (A few throws would be nice) No furniture on 1st floor balcony (Main balcony could use a little more setting) The last thing which for us was the biggest thing is the heated pool did not work. The last night a maintenance man came by and said he got it going and should be ready by morning, but of course we were leaving that morning. (This was one of our must haves when we were look for homes on the beach with having 3 kids) I would list all the positives but to be honest there are two many to list. the house itself is beautiful and spacious. We will definitely consider this house again for our yearly family vacation.

This house is so beautiful, well-equipped, comfortable and perfectly located. It was just our family of 4 and our two dogs but we hope to return and bring some friends or extended family. The other reviews mention how nice it is being next door to Thomasā€™ Donuts. That didnā€™t thrill me much at first because I canā€™t have gluten. BUTā€¦they have amazing GF pizza and the ice cream is also great. That was a big highlight. Best of all, the breathtaking views. We will be back!

Beautiful house

Beautiful house. Conveniently located to amenities and easy access to the beach. We loved the kitchen and it was stocked with plenty of cookware. The pellet ice machine was a plus! It is surprisingly quite inside even though itā€™s directly on front beach road and next to the doughnut shop (which is a must try for doughnuts and ice cream).

This house is amazing! It is in the perfect location across from the beach with spectacular views. Having Thomas' Donuts next door was the icing on the cake! They have so much more than just donuts and it is all delicious! The house is very comfortable and big enough to spread out. You have everything you need right there!

Great House!

House was beautiful. I called ahead to see if they had a crockpot, spices in the kitchen, beach towels and beach chairs in order to plan for the packing. I was told no, but was very surprised that this house had everything EXCEPT a rice cooker, spices and beach chairs. There was even an airfryer and was stocked as it relates to dishes, silverware and utensils. It was terrific. There are a lot of stairs (I along with my family are all athletic, but I'm telling you to get to the kitchen and main primary on the top flight, it wore you down. Made me plan what I was taking downstairs and how to avoid walking up and down too many times:) I think if I could make just one critique, it would be that it's a shame they don't allow use of the elevator for guests. Packing up big coolers for the day on the beach or grocery shopping to stock up was tough carrying up and down all those stairs. The four beach bikes included in this stay was an added bonus!

Look no further! Exceptional house!

I can't say enough good things about this property. The home is super clean, fully stocked with everything you might need for a lovely vacation...crockpot, pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, top of the line Cuisinart kitchen appliances, blender etc...The pool is heated and the porches have phenomenal views. We will consider coming back for another vacation!

Beautiful home

New modern home that did not cut corners in construction or decorating. Very comfortable with multiple sitting areas, TVs everywhere if interested in watching. Easy access to beach and view from balconies wonderful! They beach chairs available, bikes, etc. Only drawback is having to climb 2 fights of stairs to kitchen but worth it when you get there as it is very nice. Appliances are ultra modern and bit complicated. Wine fridge and ice maker are great. Overall highly recommend.

Beautiful house in a great location

We loved the Sundowner! This home was so nice with lots of extras. Having 2 sets of coffee/cocktail bars and washers/dryers for each level were wonderful. If you enjoy cooking, youā€™ll be set with with everything you need in the kitchen. We enjoyed the view so much the beautiful sunsets from the porch! Canā€™t wait to go back!
