D801 All weather Florida Room, 3 Gulf-Front Pools

D801 Dunes of Panama located on Panama City Beach, Florida is a three bedroom standard floor plan that will accommodate up to eight guest. It has spacious 1750 sq. feet of living space. D801 was remodeled in January 2021.

The living room has a flat screen TV/cable and sliding glass doors that leads to an enclosed Florida room. The unit has two brown leather sofas (not sleeper), it also has two gray accent chairs. The living room is tile. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from your living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped custom cabinets, granite tops and stainless steel appliances. There is a wine cooler at the end of the bar.

The dining area is tiled and includes a table that will seat six guest. As well as a bar area that will seat four. There is also a buffet table in dining room. Incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico and sandy white beach from the kitchen and dining table.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, an occasional chair, a flat screen TV/cable, a full bathroom with a renovated walk-in shower and sliding glass doors that lead to the open balcony as well as the enclosed Florida room. The second bedroom has a King size bed and a flat screen TV/cable. The third bedroom has two full size beds, a flat screen TV/cable and a small private balcony. There is a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo, a washer/dryer, tile in main areas and wood laminate flooring in bedrooms.

The enclosed Florida has sliding glass doors that can be opened to enjoy the breeze and sounds of the gulf waves hitting the shore. The Florida room includes two chairs, a coffee table and a love seat. The outside balcony includes one lounge chairs, 6 chairs. The condo has a direct gulf view, but you can also look west/down the beach towards the sunset.
