Perfect Spot for a Chill Escape

This condo was exactly what we neededā€”a perfect chill ambiance with beautiful views and a clean, comfortable space to unwind. Everything was just as described, and once we got familiar with the layout of the building, it was super easy to navigate.For anyone staying, a quick tip: the walkover from the parking garage connects on the 3rd floor. When unloading luggage, youā€™ll need to take the elevator down to the 2nd floor to access the unit. After that, itā€™s just as easy to take the stairsā€”no elevator wait needed.We had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend if you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway!

Itā€™s so good!

Love the second floor location. The view could not be beat. The decor was coastal and beachy, but not overly done. Having a parking garage and the coffee shop and the gift shop was very handy. We will definitely be back so happy we came across the spot. They even sent someone to help when we couldnā€™t operate the TV. So nice. Hope to stay here again next year.

Relaxing Beach Getaway

Property was recently updated before our arrival. It was beautiful with a modern beach vibe. The condos location was perfect conveniently located on the second floor near the stairwell right down to the beach. The beach was beautiful with turquoise water, white sand and the two provided chairs and umbrella were an awesome bonus. We will definitely be back. The only thing the condo needed was a few more curtain panels in the bedroom window because it faces the inside of the resort and has bright hallway lights that never shut off so it makes it seem like daytime in the room at night.

PCB - Spring Vaca

This rental was nicely located within walking distance to many places. It was nice to not have to wait for elevators since they were not all operational. A short flight of stairs away from the parking or beach. Overall our Spring Getaway stay at the Kokomo was the relaxing getaway that we needed. Thank you for the updated space to call home for a week!

Great location. Close to shops and great restaurants. Beautiful sandy beach. Second level condo was wonderful for beach access and view. Beach chairs and umbrella were provided which was great. Would definitely return !

Walked Right In

Our first night was interrupted by an intruder around 10:00pm. We were asleep and we heard the door opening. I shouted and they left. I phoned the owner and he said it was probably the cleaning crew. Very unnerving. The property is very confusing. I think the two buildings were built at different times and the floors donā€™t line up.

Good for the money

The condo is ok. Itā€™s outdated and needs some repairs. The bed is comfortable and is a king size. The elevators in the building are terrible. You will be waiting forever to get to the beach and to the parking garage. For the money I would say itā€™s good.

Great stay!

My sister and I stayed here while we attended a wedding in PCB. The Wyndham is SO nice. The unit is close to the end, so I felt like we had a good bit of beach privacy, which is rare for this area! The view is gorgeous. It's on the second floor but not close to the pool, so it's quiet. It is close to the elevator, but we had no noise problems at all. They have a huge TV. The bed was comfortable (even the twin bunks were very soft). Checking in, checking out, and getting the beach rental chairs that come with the condo were all super easy. Very responsive hosts! We wanted to stay longer. It was great for the two of us. It would be the perfect stay for a family with two small children.

Nice enough

The Good: Very clean, location was good, comfortable bedding and very nice water pressure (often overlooked in rentals), stocked with essentials. The Bad: The listing clearly states 4 beach chairs (as does the book inside the condo), but in fact, only 2 chairs are included. The beach attendant told us they have had to tell many people this summer that only 2 chairs are included. The wifi network and code provided in the email were incorrect. The proper code is in the book on the counter. The front door has a very flimsy deadbolt and won't shut unless locked. Communication was poor - sent 3 emails and made 2 calls to vrbo before receiving a response from the owner.

Convenient location

We had a nice week at the beach. Enjoyed the condo being on the 2nd floor to utilize stairs. I do think the price was high for the quality of the condo. The bathroom was less than desirable. Dirty & mold on walls and shower curtain. For my money spent I expected more. Communication was good and timely.

Nice clean place

The stay was great. The 2nd floor was so close to the beach front and enjoyed the views. The only thing about it was the 2 set of elevators are located right outside door. So a lot of noise. Just bring a box fan. Very clean and comfortable for the 4 of us.

Great place, perfect location to elevator, trash shoot and the beach. I did not get or lost the check-in email and texted the owner of the condo and he responded very promptly. Free parking in the garage across the street. Easy to get to many locations from this condo.

Comfortable and beautiful location

This property is just as shown. The decor is lovely and relaxed, and the place is extremely clean and sanitary. The queen bed is super comfortable with comfy pillows. We didn't use the other beds, but the balcony gives a beautiful view of the beach and you can hear the waves and have coffee outside. It is 3 minute walk to a beach bar with good food, and there is pizza, steamed seafood, etc. essentially across the street. The pool and hot-tub were very nice. There are attached facilities across the street by the parking to which you have access. Those are even bigger pools and a nice (small but nice) fitness room with cardio and weights. We appreciated the included chairs and umbrella at the beach and the proximity with beautiful views of the water! It is about a mile walk to Pier Park down the beach (you need moneyt to go on the Pier so bring some) with other eateries along the way. This is a very nice location with no large hotels immediately next door on either side. It is further from Pier Park but the is a large shop right across the street with any beach gear you forgot. The owners had good communication, check in and parking was no problem. Kitchen has Keurig and basics for cooking. Would definitely stay again!
