Newly renovated beach front condo! 5th floor, end unit! Oversized balcony!

End unit on 5th floor with beautiful unobstructed views of the white sugary sand beaches and Gulf of Mexico! This unit features one of the largest balconies on Panama City beach. Unit has been completely renovated and very comfortably sleeps 6 people. We are located within 10 minutes of pier park and have views of both piers for firework displays 4th of July and New Year's Eve. There are two pools on property- heated in winter, gym and sauna. It is very easy to access this unit with plenty of parking underneath building and an overflow covered parking garage across the street with a breezeway to safely get into the building from across the street.

***This unit comes with 2 complimentary beach lounge chairs and umbrella. Please see beach service located on beach in front of building to get your chairs.

***This property has a strict HOA policy that prohibits rentals to groups that are under 25 years of age***

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Easy stay!

The condo itself was wonderful. The hosts were great. We had never been to PCB before and didn't know what to expect. PCB was a bit too crowded and raucous for us. That said, if PCB is your destination this condo would be a smart choice!

Best stay in PCB we’ve ever had!

We’ve been doing a family vacation in PCB for the last 5 years and this year was the absolute best! Kim and Terry’s condo was so inviting and beautifully kept that we never wanted to leave. Delicious restaurants within walking distance made this condo the perfect location for our family vacation. We look forward to staying here next summer!

Great place, awesome hosts

Our experience exceeded our expectations. The property was beautiful & the hosts are so welcoming, with close attention to details that really make it feel like home. We loved the convenience of the included beach service, and the close proximity to the beach. The view from the balcony is fantastic. We will definitely rent from Kim & Terry again!

Annual family PCB trip

This condo is exactly as described. Clean, comfortable bedding and furniture, convenient location and the balcony is roomy with very comfortable furnishings. The owners have provided the essentials so you can get settled in quickly. Communication with the owners was easy and quick to respond. Overall one of the nicest places we have stayed in our many years visiting PCB.

Beautiful place

This place is exactly how it is described. As you enter the room the place is freshly cleaned and the smell of the air freshener is a plus for me. It has beautiful counter tops in the kitchen and recently updated and it was fully stocked with all that you need for your cooking needs. The owner thought of the little details. The king size bed is so comfortable. The decor in the room is beautiful. The unit is on the fifth floor corner unit so it is private. Plenty of parking and elevators are good. Pool area is nice and easy access to beach. I definitely would recommend this place.

Beautiful, updated and home like feel!

The condo was clean, newly updated, and just as advertised in the pictures. The communication with the owners was flawless and convenient when I had questions. The room is at the end of the building so it made it very nice when coming and going. Not alot of neighbor noise either and next to trash chute. The building location of the condo is right in the mix of PCB it seemed. If you choose to, you can definitely walk to restaurants and attractions. It did make for a couple of noisy nights, but the city eventually goes to sleep. Access to the beach was super easy. Having beach set up included was a big bonus. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Just what we needed!

After a long hiatus from the beach, we finally got back. This unit was exactly as listed. Wonderfully remodeled and beautifully decorated. Hosts were easily accessible and always willing to assist with any needs. Beautiful views of the beach and quiet end unit made for a great vacation! This unit does not disappoint!

Amazing Condo!

Vacation in Paradise!

Our family of 5 could not believe how beautiful and HGTV updated this condo is! Everything is just like the pictures. Everything worked properly as it should. My husband already is talking about booking for next year. The beds were SO comfortable and the shower head in the master amazing - after a long day on the beach the importance of a great shower cannot be underestimated! Being on the 5th floor was a blessing. Elevators were quick but we could use the stairs when we wanted. Our view of the Gulf of Mexico from our balcony was amazing. We spent our mornings sitting there drinking coffee and our evenings watching the gorgeous sunset. The beach was impeccably clean and we are so very grateful for the two complimentary beach chairs/umbrella. Their were many great restaurants to choose from and most were within walking distance. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kim and Terry's property or their location in Panama City Beach. Thank you for a vacation we sorely needed and now we are truly rejuvenated.

The Best!

I have stayed at many, many places. This beach condo was by far the best! It was super clean, beautifully decorated with a gorgeous view of the beach and water. I would highly recommend Kimberly's place to everyone! You will be really pleased. I'll be back! (There's also a very nice surprise by Kimberly! Enjoy!)
