This 1 bedroom, 2 bath deluxe type B floor plan with built in bunk beds has the feel of being in your own private cottage. Ceiling to floor glass across the great room and main bedroom. Bedroom overlooks the beach and the sound of the crashing waves is so relaxing. The Windward Building in Edgewater is closer to the water than most condos – a shorter walk to get at the sand and surf. Wonderful for a family of 4 or just the two of you!! Comfortably sleeps up to 6, in a king-sized bed, a set of built in bunk beds for the kids, and a queen sleeper sofa.

A 2 night minimum stay is required. No Pets, No Smoking or vaping inside the property, please.

Your beachfront open floor plan great room features a comfy sofa sleeper, a leather recliner and a swivel rocker chair. There's a huge TV with free Roku HD Streaming included. Be sure to bring your devices so you can surf by the surf with free WiFi from FireDog that's included with your rental. The dining table has four chairs and additional seating at the bar. It's a great place for enjoying your meals or playing cards or board games with the whole group! The kitchen looks out over the great room to the ocean so, you have a great beach view even while you are on kitchen duty! Modern appliances, dishes, pots and pans, flatware, glassware, etc. are all included with your rental. So, you can cook in if your don't feel like going out to one of the amazing restaurants that are near by.

The Sandpiper Main Suite is a beach front king bedroom with a private bathroom. Relax in comfort with high thread count linens, fluffy pillows and big thirsty towels. There's a wall mounted TV with Roku streaming provided, too. You'll love this private hideaway, it's so relaxing to fall asleep to the sound of the waves just outside your window. The sliding door opens right on to the beachfront balcony, too.

The kids will LOVE the Crew's Quarters, their very own set of built in bunk beds. This is like a secret "fort" where they can enjoy playing and sleeping. Bunk beds are just for kids under 100 lbs, please.

There's a second full bathroom, too that's great for getting everybody ready for what ever the day holds. Also great for getting ready for bed at night. The washer and dryer are located in the kitchen area and an iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience.

Your rental includes parking passes that must be picked up upon arrival at Edgewater. The complex has ample parking on site. Parking rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.
