The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is a $90 on-site registration fee for 2 parking passes and the amenity armbands for your group.
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.
Blue Horizon is a beautifully decorated, 2 bedroom + bunk, 2.5 bath, beachfront condo in the Shores of Panama Resort.. Located in one of the best locations in the building- a front, inside corner on the 15th floor! The large wrap-around balcony offers a spectacular view of the Gulf, as well as overlooking the resort's tropical lagoon-style pool. The kitchen has all of the utensils and appliances you need to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is seating at the eat-in kitchen bar, or cur; up to eat while watching your favorite show. You can have your morning coffee while enjoying the gorgeous views from the HUGE windows, which allow for tons of natural light. The living area has comfortable furniture, and a large TV, perfect for movie and game nights! End the day with a cocktail on the large balcony, watching the gorgeous sunset with family and friends. The Guest bedroom has a queen bed, its own full en-suite bathroom, and plenty of space. The Bunk Room has a door for privacy, twin/twin bunkbeds, a tv for the kids to watch and a half bath just steps away.

2 )Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels?
Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided inside the condo for guests to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin by the poolside beach access gate.
