There is no garage parking at this home, guests park in the driveway. Beds: K, K, K, K. OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES Welcome to the ultimate outdoor paradise, where pedigreed architectural style meets understated elegance in a jaw-dropping setting. West Elm House s resort-style backyard space is unlike any other. Clusters of palm trees surround the designer concept pool with integrated waterfall spa. During sultry days take a dip to cool off, then relax in the state-of-the-art tanning shelf to achieve your perfect shade. When dusk comes, gather around the fire pit with friends to swap stories and sip on drinks. And evening swims are a dream out here, as the setting sun illuminates the dramatic mountainscapes and Pentair Lighting Effects create ethereal effects beneath the outdoor living pavilion. ** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you d like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. Great location and spotless property

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The communication with the management company was prompt and professional. The home was well stocked with everything you could need. The kids had a blast with the pool and hot tub. Would recommend to anyone who is coming to Palm Springs.

Fantastic stay

We loved this property! It was a quick walk to downtown and to Ruth Hardy park (which our kiddos loved). The pool / hot tub were great- lots of pool toys. The home was well maintained and stocked with nice cooking supplies- which we really appreciated. The house was clean, and well stocked. The rental company was easy to work with and we will definitely come back!

Amazing Home, Furnishings, and Yard

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights -- for a long wedding weekend. It's the best rental property we've visited. The home couldn't have been better equipped, furnished, and located. The home is beautiful and the backyard is fantastic. Our only regret was that we were so busy that we didn't get to spend as much time in the home as we'd liked. But we're all determined to rent it again -- during a weekend when we can lounge more at the home. A truly fantastic property.

wonderful!

This was the best vacation home that we have rented in Palm Springs. The house is perfect, just a pictured in the photos. Lots of room and sitting areas, comfortable beds, perfect location and spectacular outdoor area. Outside, the pool had sun and shade, hot tub, a gas fire pit and several comfortable seating areas. We were in heaven and rarely wanted to leave. The property management company was very great to work with. The alarm went off when we checked into the house and the after hours answering service was rude and very difficult to work with but once they we were finally able to communicate with the property management company, they were very professional and gave us the alarm code immediately. Otherwise, everything was flawless and a perfect get-away.

Palm Springs Perfection

We have been staying in the area for many years, but this was our first time in Palm Springs proper. Wonderful home and property, an easy walk from town. Everything you could need in a rental, fast and dependable WiFi, enjoyable layout, great kitchen, good water pressure, comfortable beds, easy to use pool and spa. TVs are a little confusing when it comes to accessing traditional networks, sports, etc., streaming services only as far as we could tell. Wonderful, big park 5 minute walk away with tennis courts, playground for kids, and lots of space. Pretty good drive (30-40 minutes) if you’re planning on golf in Palm Desert, Indian Wells, or La Quinta. Very clean and stylish home, would stay in it again for sure. Overall worthy of the premium price.

Exceptional home

I typically do not leave reviews, but this house was incredibly special. We were a group of 6 college friends, all in our 40's and moms, on our first vacation together in years. The home was perfection. There was plenty of space for all of us. The flow of the home was perfect for both spending time together and finding some space for yourself. Everything we could have possibly needed was stocked in the house; they thought of everything. The house was immaculate. The online guidebook they provide answered all of our questions; I have never seen something so organized in any other vacation rental. For the few questions we had during our trip, someone was available to answer my texts immediately. The location was excellent, easy walkability and proximity to the airport. The group was thrilled with their stay and we all agreed we would come back and book this house again. The seamlessness of every aspect of the trip allowed these 6 moms to really have a true vacation. Thank you!

Spectacular - like a private resort

We LOVED this house. The pictures are accurate - this house is so wonderful. Well-appointed, excellent gathering spaces inside and out, comfortable beds, beautiful decor. It is walking distance to all the shops and restaurants downtown. But mostly, the outdoor space was just perfect. Would recommend to anyone. It did indeed feel like our own private resort. Fabulous.

Heck yeah Palm Springs!!

Y'all - this place is great! We have been using VRBO for 15+ years and we all agreed this is the best place we have ever stayed. House is gorgeous - fun mid-century modern, nicely decorated, so well stocked I could have cooked a full Thanksgiving meal, super clean, and just an overall fun house. Property is well maintained - loved the pool and fire pit and used both every day. Very clear instructions provided in house on how to use things/where to find things. Management company is top-notch - had an issue with the ice maker the first day and they sent someone out within an hour of me calling. Sent check in instructions 2 weeks in advance, and checked in by text in the meantime and before checkout. I don't know if I'll ever find a house this cool or a management company this good ever again - they've ruined all other VRBO for me! As for Palm Springs - yes, even in July we LOVED it. The neighborhood is gorgeous and safe. Close to shopping and dining. Easy off-street parking at the property. Did a little exploring (Red Jeep tours, Living Desert Zoo, and Palm Springs Aerial Tram - my favorite), but best of all was just hanging at the house using the pool. Yes it was like sitting in an oven - yes we all loved it. Don't hesitate - book this place now. You won't regret it.

Perfect Palm Springs getaway!

We've been making an annual week-long trek to Palm Springs for the last couple of years. This is the first time we stayed at this house and have decided it is our favorite so far. The layout is ideal for families having the adults/kids in one area and grandparents in another. There's plenty of space between the kitchen, dining, and living room. The pool is incredible. It's as if the palm trees were strategically placed to maximize shade throughout the day. All of the amenities are top notch. We really didn't need (or want) to leave the house except for food. I'd highly recommend anyone renting this property for their next getaway.

Loved the MCM decor and location!

It was a great place to rent for a large family. There were 6 adults. The pool is amazing and the palm trees in the garden are majestic. I would stay here again although I would make sure the AC can be turned lower than the lowest allowable temperature since it felt a bit warm some nights.

Wonderful place for a getaway

Property was what we wanted for a 4 day get away within driving distance of home. Just hung out mostly at the mid century modern palm springs residence. Home was comfortable both indoors and out. Great pool , BBQ and Jacuzzi.

Perfect Getaway!!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home! I was nervous to travel during COVID but ACME made me feel so comfortable, assuring me that they were taking every precaution necessary. We arrived to a sparkling clean house with masks, disinfectant spray and hand sanitizer in sight right when we walked in. The backyard was the perfect oasis - fun for the kids and peaceful for the adults. I can’t wait to return!!!

The star of the show for us with this property was the fabulous large salt water pool and beautiful fire feature. All the bedrooms were large and well appointed - one note is that there is a large king suite at one end of the house - but oddly it only has a half bath - so you have to walk across the house to share a shower with one of the other bedrooms. It didn’t bother us as we didn’t use that bedroom but may be bothersome if you are using all 4 bedrooms. We would definitely rent the house again and look forward to doing so next year.
