OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Set on a quiet residential street in historic Desert Park Estates, this lushly landscaped property captures classic SoCal glamour. Privacy walls, mature plantings, towering palms, and mountain views create a serene escape. The backyard is a true haven with a heated pool, waterfall spa, BBQ, and ample space to lounge and dine outdoors.

** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. If you home has a spa or hot tub, heating the spa is included with your rental at no extra cost **

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
Sun Haven Escape’s open floor plan and soaring cathedral ceilings make it perfect for group gatherings and sunny relaxation. The spacious great room includes a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating. The chef’s kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a 5-burner gas stove, ideal for group and individual meal prep. A stylish dining room with a serving bar adds to the convenience and charm.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All bedrooms offer a boutique hotel feel with hospitality-quality Queen beds, flat-screen TVs, and ample storage. Two bedrooms feature en-suite baths for added privacy, while the remaining two guest rooms share a conveniently located hall bath.

Just minutes from the airport and a quick drive to Palm Canyon Drive’s restaurants, shops, galleries, and entertainment options. Nearby grocery stores, casual dining, and coffee shops make it easy to enjoy everything Palm Springs has to offer.

The property was perfect for a friend vacation. The house layout was great & the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool & the hot tub were wonderful after a dsy of exploring Palm Springs. Sun Haven's location is great for so many different adventures. The check in & departure was so easy! All of us would highly recommend this property

Family Gathering

Nice and clean and quiet. Frequent communications with staff, more than adequate supplies provided. There are a couple of items that need to be addressed, such as: stools and chairs are in need of repair kept us doing constant sweeping of debris falling from bottom of both, Livingroom carpet seems to be in need of cleaning. would stay again

Sun Haven Escape - Would Highly Recommend

We stayed with a group of 6 and it was just wonderful. We all had our own bedroom, plenty of seating, a working gas fireplace and heated hottub. We enjoyed the house and had plenty of room. Would highly recommend. House also includes EV charger in the 2-car garage and two garage door openers.

Friends Reunion

We get together once a year (3 couples) who are longtime friends. This year we decided to spend NYE together. The property offered nice bedroom bath accommodations for 3 couples in therms of privacy’s and individual bathroom facilities. The bathrooms are modern with great shower facilities. The decor is definitely a Palm Springs vibe. Nice kitchen amenities. Acme was extremely responsive to our needs. A few little minor items brought to their attention were immediately taken care of. We enjoyed our stay!

Girls' Trip

Although the neighborhood is in transition (some houses much nicer than others) this house is beautifully appointed and easy to enjoy. Everything we needed was readily available and my communication with the management company was GREAT!! They anticipated our needs and wrote the nicest notes to make our stay the best.

Girls Trip

PROS: House was very clean and kitchen had everything we could need for a comfortable stay. Easy drive into downtown. Sunny by the pool midday and in afternoons. Four queen rooms were a plus for a friends trip. Home was spacious and did not have cheap furnishings. Views of the mountains from several bedrooms. Generally quiet neighborhood. Decor had the colorful contemporary vibe we were looking for in Palm Springs. CONS: We couldn’t figure out the tvs and couldn’t get cable or apps on most of them but this was not important enough to call for help. Gas tank for outdoor fire was empty when we arrived so we didn’t end up using it. Upon arrival the house was filled with gas. Someone had left an unlit burner open possibly for days. The situation was handled promptly but it did delay us getting settled in by a couple of hours on our arrival day.

The abode was modern and well equiped.The neighborhood was quiet and somewhat convenient to needed shopping and to tourist areas. Surveys are too time consuming and I don't see what needs revision as you state.

This place was just as described.

This property was great. The kitchen was really well equipped. There was enough space for 8 adults. The pool area was decent. It could use a bit of decorating but it was fine for our group. Overall it was fantastic.

Great friends getaway

Our group of four friends had a fabulous weekend at Desert Park Estates. The property was clean and well-furnished, including everything you could want in the kitchen to cook and entertain. The management company was proactive and courteous. It was the perfect stay!

The house was large, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. The pool was heated which was great when outside temps dropped into the low 70’s the week we stayed. Highly recommend the property!

Spacious and Open

Modern-style home on a corner lot offers large open kitchen with two sinks. Kitchen overlooks beautiful living room and outdoor patio/pool area. Attached laundry room with sink is especially convenient for pet feeding. The centered kitchen also opens to a desk/work area and a large dining area with a separate table that was great for working a puzzle. The primary bedroom is extra spacious and the remaining 3 bedrooms are ample and well-decorated. Pool area was very pleasant, especially with how the spa water runs over into the pool like mini-waterfalls. An abundance of seating... 5 conversations areas are comfortably set up. We visited in August and appreciated the large floats for lounging on the water. This was a girls family trip-- mother, daughters, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, plus the dog. We found the property to be extra-well equipped: kitchen, toiletries, towels, seating (indoors and out). We stayed at Sun Haven for 4 nights and 3 days and would definitely do this again!

Spectacular stay

We couldn’t have been more thrilled with this spotless home. The house is beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need - comfy beds, luxurious towels, extensive dishes/bar ware, utensils, pots/pans, spices. The salt water pool was our kids favorite for endless hours of swimming. Great, quiet neighborhood and convenient location. We hope to be able to visit this special house again!

Great Home in Palm Springs

Pictures really don’t do justice to this beautiful home. Very well appointed, great location. Backyard is lovely with hot tub and heated pool. Property management company was very helpful. There is a bit of airplane landing noise which starts at 6:00 am but we got used to it.

What a beautiful home, very large with excellent bedroom design, so that all have privacy. I have never seen such a well appointed kitchen. You will want for nothing, including any type of bar ware. Pool and spa amazing.

Great week away

The property was great. We would definitely stay here again but just one little issue. The sofa is extremely deep. You can't sit straight with your back against the sofa. For young folks that's probably not an issue but if you need back support it's a problem. The house was well-equipped, very clean, outside was great, really loved the house and neighborhood. If the sofa isn't an issue this is a perfect house!!

The property was as listed and met our needs for our party of 7. Nice location, clean and roomy.

We had a great visit! The house was well maintained and had plenty of room for the 7 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed; the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. The pool and the hot tub never did heat to our satisfaction despite many attempts. The neighborhood was nice to walk and the house was conveniently located to grocery stores and downtown. We enjoyed our stay.

We had the best time. Place was awesome!!! Hot tub was our highlight. Pool was also great. Furnishings are spot on. The only critique would be that the master should have a king size bed. Highly recommend 👌

Palm Springs Getaway

House was very clean and property well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. We loved the pool and hot tub. There is occasional noise from airplanes. Acme was very responsive to our questions. Great location to downtown. We would definitely go back to this house.
