This 1627 sf. 3-bedroom 2-bath. condo located on the 18th fairway of the Champion golf course, is tastefully remodeled with new tile flooring, newly remodeled bathrooms and remodeled kitchen with quartz countertops, new windows and sliding glass doors, and vaulted ceilings for that grand sense of scale. This condo is located in the fun Palm Valley Country Club where you can enjoy the amenities which include tennis, pickleball, an Olympic size swimming pool (plus 48 pools and spas throughout the complex) on site restaurants, gym, bar and a hair/nail salon. It is like it's own resort. There are wall mounted flat screen TV's (40" to 58"), in all the bedrooms as well as the living area. (65"). Free Wifi. There is also a Sonos sound bar for all you music lovers. There is a pack and play and high- chair for your use. There is a large natural gas grill on the back patio for your barbequing. There is a 4 person golf cart provided so you can drive around within the country club area, however it is not to be used on the golf course.

The home is located close to shopping and numerous golf courses and restaurants. It is close to the Indian Wells Tennis Center, The Coachella Festival grounds, numerous golf courses, The Agua Caliente Casino, El Paseo Shops, The River, The Westfield Shopping Center and PGA West Golf Club.. If you book for more than 28 days, the tax will be taken off your reservation. Email me prior to booking, and I can send you back a quote without tax. This unit was excellent! It was clean, tastefully updated and well appointed with beautiful sunset views over the golf course. The owner, Linda, promptly replied to any questions and was very clear with all instructions, making check in, getting comfortable and checking out seamless. I have stayed at several other properties in this gorgeous community, and her unit has been the best so far.

One of the nicest properties I have stayed in! Great beds, coffee & comfortable furniture! Host let us in early.. so we could work from the property. Very clean & well equipped. Loved the location .. great pool & clubhouse. Had a delicious breakfast at Bogie’s. Would go back!

Perfect Desert Oasis

Perfect! Every aspect of the property and location were great and as described. Beds were comfortable, the space was large, clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated. The property is equally well maintained and within easy driving to shopping, restaurants and sight seeing. Not to mention Linda is a fabulous host, good communicator and very fair. Had a great week in Palm Desert

The home was very lovely and well stocked, as many reviewers before me have stated. In fact, if you stay here, be sure to check all the cabinets and drawers before you go shopping because there are lots of supplies already available (spices, shampoos, trash bags, detergents, etc.). There is TONS of storage space for all your items. I was able to unpack all of our stuff and there were still loads of empty drawers. The master bath was large and well appointed (as was the second bathroom). The beds were comfortable and there were lots of extra blankets and pillows if you needed them. (The bed was high for me since I'm not terribly tall; I always travel with a folding step stool as this is a common problem for me at hotels, so it was fine.) The closest pool/hot tub was only a few houses down; it was always clean and we were almost always the only ones there. The premises were quiet and we loved the development. It was close to shopping, but far enough away to feel that you were in a peaceful location. Linda was incredibly responsive, almost always answering within minutes of asking a question. We really loved our experience and would definitely stay again. I told Linda that I was ready to move in full-time.

A great place for our family to spend time together

This contemporary rental was beautifully decorated with bright, vibrant colors that was eye catching. All of the bedrooms were tastefully decorated as well in cool tones allowing that gave them a serene feel. the beds were comfortable. The living/dining rooms were generous in size allowing for our family to "spread out". The kitchen had everything one needed to prepare a meal and restaurants were close by if you wanted to go or order out. Linda was very responsive to any questions I had. the unit is located on the 18th green of the golf course and because the course was closed for overseeding we had the advantage of sitting on the back patio uninterrupted. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone wanting to stay in Palm Desert.

The Best Of All

Several years of renting private homes and condos from Europe and throughout the U.S., this one stood out among the rest. Yes, some of the others have been great, but none has been excellent in every way imaginable. Communication, Community, Condition, Cleanliness, Caliber including Accommodation and Furnishing. If I do business in the desert area again, I will definitely seek out this location. Linda, thank you for your quick responses to my questions.

4th of July Getaway

The property was very nice and very accommodating. Plenty of amenities. Linda was very generous in letting us check-in early and offering us a late check out. We had a little issue with ants but we bought ant traps and placed them in the areas where they were coming they did not interfere with our stay. We will be back.

Amazing!

So much space for the kids to crawl and walk around in! The kitchen had everything we needed. It was clean and well kept! We will stay here again in the future! The neighborhood is quiet and a great place for morning walks. The pool is close and the back patio was nice to sit outside in the evening!
