All bedrooms and office/sleeping room have private bathrooms with showers. Each bedroom and office are separated from other rooms, and have no adjoining walls, so they are super quiet and private. Master Bath has a jacuzzi tub and luxurious bathrobes. Beautyrest king size beds in two largest bedrooms, and the office has queen size bed. Flat screen Smart TVs with HD Spectrum Cable, Netflix and other video apps in each room, free high-speed wireless internet access. DVD/BluRay in each BR.
The living room has plenty of room for guests with a comfortable sectional sofa, and a 50" Samsung LED. LR has a gas fireplace, portable sound system and built-in Wet Bar. Beautiful glass dining room table seats six. Ceiling fans in each bedroom, kitchen and dining room. Lots of linens, bath and pool towels, pillows and blankets.

Equipped with Kitchen Aid mixer, Juicer, Alclad cookware, Breville self-grind coffee maker. Abundant cooking utensils, good knives, lots of flatware, baking pans, popcorn maker, and rice maker. Breakfast area adjoins kitchen and comfortably seats four. Unit comes stocked with complementary bottled water and snacks.

The gated community of PGA West has an abundance of heated pools and spas with two just steps away. Two car garage which has two mountain bicycles and pool toys.
Refundable security deposit of $1000. Departure cleaning fee is $250. Weekly cleaning is required for stays of two weeks or more at $225/wk. All special events and Holidays (Coachella, PGA, Thanksgiving, Christmas) are non-cancellable and full payment due 90 days prior to check-in. Pet fee is $500 per week/per pet.
