The Space:
The house features 5 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a large, luminous living room with an open kitchen. The house accommodates up to 14 guests, perfect for large family and friends getaway, for a weekend retreat or an awesome vacation to unwind from daily routine.

The Master Bedroom has a King Bed with an ensuite bathroom.
Bedrooms 2 has 2 Queen Beds
Bedroom 3 has a Queen Bed
Bedroom 4 has 2 Double Beds
Bedroom 5 (converted garage) has 2 Double Beds (please note that there is no AC or heating in this room)

The living room and dining area connect smoothly to a fully furnished open kitchen. Out back, there's a great pool, ideal for some much-needed R&R. Other amenities include a deck, lounge area with pool chairs, a putting green, a BBQ and a fire pit, plus great mountain views.

If you're interested in enjoying a heated pool during your stay for added comfort, please notify us at least 48 hours before your arrival. The cost for this service is an extra $109 per night of pool use, which must be paid 48 hours prior to your arrival. You can easily make the payment through Airbnb. The Jacuzzi is free of charge upon request.

Guest Access:
Full and private access to the house. 
Private parking for 2 cars + Free street parking.

Other Things to Note:
The primary occupant making the reservation must be at least 25 years old. By proceeding with the reservation, a valid ID will be required to be uploaded. A lease agreement must be signed accompanied by a government-issued ID (driver's license, ID card, passport...) after the confirmation of the reservation and prior to the arrival.

- Pool cleaner visits: every Wednesday and Saturday between 7:00AM-1:00PM.

- Gardener visits: Mondays or Tuesdays between 8am and 5pm.
