Contemporary and casual, this unit has all the amenities you|d expect in an upscale Palm Springs Rental. Relax and enjoy your favorite shows on the 40” flat screen TV, pop a movie in the DVD player, or listen to some music on the stereo CD player with IPod dock. Wi-Fi high speed internet access is provided, and there is a washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience.

This vacation home rents on a 30-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.



A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.



NO PETS WITHOUT APPROVAL - You must inform us if you wish to bring your dog. We will request information about your dog and may need to procure owner approval prior to confirming your reservation. An additional pet charge will apply, and an additional refundable deposit may apply.
