You must follow the Marriott guest rules when visiting a Marriott resort. Have fun, but be considerate of others. Any damage done to the villa, its contents, or any of the Marriott property will be the responsibility of the renter.
Guest access:
The Marriott Desert Springs has a gated entrance with a 24-hr guard that will guide you to the registration lobby. Upon checking in, you will have private access to the villa. Shuttles to and from Stagecoach are available; Guest parking at each building - controlled by parking passes; The resorts have both ground level and 2nd-Floor units. You will be able to put in a request of which level you would like your villa. The 2nd-floor units require using the stairs (no elevators).
Other things to note:
Credit card upon check-in is required. This is a non-cash resort. All on-site charges have to be made by credit card or charged to the room.

The renters of this unit also have access to the adjacent JW Marriott tennis/pickleball, spa, and other activities. The Desert Springs Villas & JW Marriott Resort have 2 golf courses, 7 pools - 19-tennis courts including grass and clay, pickleball courts, a massive arcade center with bowling and many arcades, rock climbing wall exercise rooms, etc.; Activities are scheduled all day and evening to give guests plenty of options to maximize the vacation fun.
Guest accommodations include access to all common areas in the Marriott Desert Villas II Resort. Additionally, guests can purchase shuttle tickets that go from the JW Marriott Hotel Resort (adjacent to Desert Villas II) to the music festival.

After making the reservation, guests will be contacted to provide the name or names of the primary guests in the party who will be staying at the resort. These names will be placed on a Marriott reservation confirmation that will be emailed shortly to the guest.
