The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your meal preparation needs and is bathed in natural light from the large sliding glass doors. The adjoining living area provides a comfortable space to unwind while enjoying the 55-inch Smart TV. The spacious sectional sofa is perfect for movie nights or watching your favorite TV shows. The wet bar is also great for entertaining, and the dining table seats four.

OUTDOOR SPACES

The east-facing back patio features a dining table for four, chaise lounges to soak up the sun, and a three-burner BBQ. The patio is just steps away from the community pool and spa.

PET-FRIENDLY POLICY

We’re delighted to welcome your four-legged family members at select properties! To help ensure a comfortable experience for all of our guests, neighbors, and homeowners, please review the following guidelines. An additional nonrefundable fee applies for pets. One dog per reservation is permitted unless additional pets are approved in advance. Dogs must be under 35 pounds and at least 12 months old, unless an exception is approved in writing by the property owner. Due to insurance requirements, certain breeds and mixes may not be permitted, including Pit Bull/Pit Bull-type breeds, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Bullmastiffs, Boxers, and similar restricted breeds. Any exception must be approved in writing before arrival. Please do not bring a pet that does not meet these guidelines without prior approval. Guests are responsible for their pets throughout their stay and for any damage, excessive cleaning, odor removal, or other pet-related costs. Pets should be well supervised and may not be left unattended when doing so could result in property damage, excessive barking, or disturbance to neighbors. Pet requirements may vary by property based on homeowner preferences and insurance requirements.
