INDOORS
This is it! Spectacular, impeccably updated open floor plan. This condo boasts two main suites, with walk-in closets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a kitchen island with a range. Newly updated ceiling fans and plenty of natural light illuminate the spacious floorplan. The fully equipped and remodeled kitchen, including an air fryer, has everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal! The open living area has a leather power reclining couch, 65in. Smart TV, and a dining table with seating for four. Parking is in the attached two-car garage (space for one car). Property features a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room.

SLEEPING QUARTERS

The primary bedroom has an En-suite bath. Both updated bathrooms have vanities with plenty of storage and walk-in showers. There is no bathtub.

OUTDOORS
Relax on the south-facing extended patio with pergola. Features include a new sectional patio set, with seating for 5, and a fire feature. The patio dining table seats 6. The community pool and hot tub are just steps away and are open from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM. Palm Desert Resort Country Club has a regulation 18-hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, 20 pools & spas, and a Clubhouse. Membership is required to use Tennis and Pickleball courts. PET POLICY
We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
