The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, including a KitchenAid fridge and a Bosch 6-burner gas stove, and is fully stocked with everything you need, from cookware and dinnerware to games for children and pool floats.

Other Things to Note:

* **Minimum Stay:** This property requires a minimum reservation of 30 days.

* **Booking Process:** The City of Palm Desert requires a signed rental agreement. After your reservation is confirmed, you will be sent a link to our secure guest portal to complete this agreement and provide a copy of your government-issued ID and vehicle license plate numbers.

* **City Ordinances:** Any fines incurred due to violations of city ordinances (such as noise complaints) will be the full responsibility of the guest.

* **Cancellation Policy:** We have a clear cancellation policy and strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

* Cancel within 48 hours of booking for a 100% refund.

* Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a 50% refund.

* Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.

* **Holiday & Event Bookings:** Please note that cancellations are not permitted for reservations during holidays and special event weekends.
