"Séjour horrible! Même si le personnel semblait sympathique, l’état de l’auberge laisse à désirer. La chambre très mal entretenue puait (littéralement) à tel point que j’ai du dormir avec un masque et de l’huile de lavande. État de propreté discutable! J’ai dû demander un drap car seulement une couverture sans doute pas lavée après le passage des clients. Mon avion était dans l’après midi mais j’ai préféré partir le matin pour respirer à l’aéroport! Bref, personnellement, je ne remettrai plus...

"I cannot speak highly enough about hotel staff, friendly, welcoming, helpful. From the front desk, concierge, housekeeping, staff in the Chamas and 2nd floor restaurants, bar area were excellent. Food including room service was of a high quality. Very happy with my 4 night stay and highly recommend."

"nice apartment with a good view and easy access down the mall. Room quite spacious compare to similar apartments, cozy, phone signal reception still good, kitchenware also clean and pretty new. This was managed by Travelio so we redirected with the checkin proses with them. The only downside is there is no hot water. Overall is very good and will recommend to stay again next time."
